Dispatch
We will dispatch any items that we have in stock within 1-2 working days after receipt of cleared payment. We will email you with a revised dispatch date for any other items that are on back order.
Back orders can take up to a week to ten days to arrive. Once they have arrived we will then send your order out. All the way along the line we will keep you informed via email.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
In the event of a lost or delayed parcel we will do our best to help you. If you have not received your parcel within the time scales mentioned please don’t hesitate to contact us. We will then contact Royal Mail on your behalf to try to locate your parcel. After 21 days, if your parcel is yet to arrive, we will be happy to declare your parcel as lost or unacceptably delayed. In this event you will be offered a choice of either a full refund or to have an immediate replacement (stock permitting) sent out.
Non Acceptance of Delivery
If the delivery address to which the parcel is sent refuse delivery of the goods or if you do not respond to the "sorry we missed you" card left by Royal Mail, your order will be returned to us. You will be charged for the return of the order.
Wrong Delivery Address Inputted
If you provide us with a wrong delivery address and your goods are signed for by another party, we will not be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result.
What are the sizes UK or USA?
All sizes indicated are in UK sizes. Where possible we try and give details if reviews indicate the items are tighter fitting than previous seasons models etc.
Returns Policy
Return the item to us within 7 days. Just email us before sending back the goods. Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition in their original packaging with all labels etc still attached. Once we receive the goods we will despatch a new order for the different size or colour you requested. If you don’t want a different size we’ll credit your paypal account, although this can take a day or so to show as cleared. We aim to process all returns on the day they arrive back. Sometimes this may not be possible but your return will be dealt within two working days. We recommend you use recorded delivery or registered post to return items so as to cover yourself against loss.
Who pays the postage on returned items?
If you're returning something because it doesn't fit or it's not suitable, you will be required to pay the postage costs to return it – no exceptions. If you'd like us to replace the goods with another size or colour, we will also have to charge you for carriage on the replacement. To do this we will invoice you via a paypal invoice to your email address on file. Alternatively please enclose return postage with the item via uncrossed postal order or stamps. Items without the return postage will not be sent out. Due to our very low prices we are not able to pay the postage charges. The only exceptions are where we have made an error in dispatching the order, or where the item is faulty.
What do I do if there's any other problem with my order?
If you do have any problems with an order from us please send us an email telling us exactly what the problems are and we will take steps to put it right!
