1. All items sold are for the proffesional tattooist or to be used under the supervision of a proffesional tattooist.

2. We will not be held liable for any damages, injuries ect due to the use or misuse of any products or advice/information supplied by us.

3.All products confirm to EU standards but may not confirm to other country laws / regulations

4.Payment is to be received within 7 days. Non payment or no contact could result in your details being passed to a third party debt collection agancy. All items will then be  relisted and the buyer reported to ebay.

5.We will not be held responsible for items lost, damaged or delayed in standard post, as we offer insurance on all orders. ( certificate of posting is allways obtained which can be forwarded upon request.)

6. Overseas bidders are responsible for any import tax / duty that their country may apply.

7. Returns will only be accepted with our prior permision, and must be returned within 14 days. We will not be liable for any return cost, unless it is our error. (certain items may not be returned, due to hygiene reasons)

9. Returned items will receive refund  within 7 days, less postage charge. Faulty items will be replaced  refuded within 72hrs of receiving return.

10.We will not be held liable for any errors in listings, and reserve the right to increase/ decrease item prices or postage, if errors have occured.

11. We reserve the right to cancel bids / refund orders at our discretion
