Due to eBay's, yet once again stupid policies. I cannot offer digital downloads.
I emailed them previously as I had read the new rules for sellers in the USA, and would it effect us in the UK. I received  a reply back stating that they can't say yes or can't say no for sellers in the UK, So it was a bit confusing. There are still people selling downloadable templates. I did list one for 10 days and on the last day some nice sole reported me so eBay removed the listing. Some people have nothing better to do, than poke there noses in other peoples business

I am now being told to ship a CD out of the template code.
Please email me if you want a quicker and cheaper way of receiving the item. It's strange banning digital downloads I thought this was a way forward in this day and age. I think it's daylight robbery in having to charge for postage/shipping when digital downloads work just as well and saves the customer money. Also what has happened about saving the planet with alternative ways of using paper etc?

Hello there
As you have gathered by now my name is Sandy. I am married and we have one son who is 8 years old (going on 16) we live in North London, England.

I am an avid dog lover and we have a Cavalier King Charles called Ruby, she is a lovely dog and I love her to bits.

Since leaving school I worked in retail pharmacy for 15 years. I gave that up when we had Jack. Since then I have had major Back problems. I have had two operations to repair the lower disc; the last operation in 2005 was to insert metal work. Thankfully the second operation worked better than expected, although still in a bit of pain. Not has bad before the operation. I have a bit of arthritis in the lower back joints so on medication for that.

During these times, with not working and Jack starting school I became bored. I started selling on eBay, all of Jack's clothes that no longer fitted him. I used to buy auction templates to showcase my items. However as time went on it was something I wanted to try. I had times when I wanted to give up, but no I carried on and so glad I did.

Web Design is my full time job. I have had the honour of speaking and meeting some of the nicest people during this time. I don't class them as my customers, I class them as friends, to name but a few Nikki, Viv, Karen, we have had many a laugh over this and that.

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ

It came to my attention last week (April 1st) that another designer who was a past customer of mine had purchased some templates from me, with the sole intention of changing bit's here and there then selling them as her own designs, this is not allowed and she was in breach of copyright laws. Also another designer was caught using some of my elements and dividers that I made. I cannot stress enough that all my template designs that I sell must not be altered, shared with anybody else. You may of course change in the way of adding your own text and own images within the template. You may not right click my images and use them for your own design purposes.

Hot linking is not allowed and again someone has been caught doing this, and reported.

You may think that rules and regulations are a bore and not bother reading them, but they are there for a reason at the end of the day.

Below are the rules that I put on my templates for sale if you have never read them please take a little time to read them now.

Do not alter or re-sell this template apart from adding your own images.
Do not share the images with anybody else.
Please do not steal the images as I pay a fee to use them!
you are NOT permitted to sell part or whole of this template.
DO NOT BUY WITH THE INTENTIONS OF SELLING WHOLE OR PART OF THE TEMPLATE
Another designer has been caught doing this, and the appropriate action has been taken!

I will accept e-cheques made through PayPal, however these can take 7-10 working days to clear here in the UK

I work between 9.30am and 2.45pm 4.30pm until 6pm Mon to Friday
I do get online at the weekend but my hours are slightly lesser
I aim to send the templates out via email within 4 hours of purchase, however please remember the different times zones. All templates etc purchased after 6pm may be sent the same evening if not definitely the next day.
