I reside in the beautiful Northeast United States in a region of scenic rolling hills, woodlands, fields, streams, and various cultural delights. I have been married for the past 31 years to a great guy with a terrific sense of humor, and we have four wonderful children, all now either grown or very nearly so. BID/ PURCHASE VERIFICATION: We will email an invoice to you within 24 hours following the close of any auction or store purchase to verify that you have secured the item for purchase. We really appreciate being contacted within 3 days to acknowlege the invoice.
SALES TAX: Residents of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts are charged a 5.0% sales tax on all non-food or non-clothing items purchased, or for clothing items in excess of $175.00 at final purchase/ bid.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING INFO: The item(s) you have won/ purchased will be sent to you via either USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL on our next shipping day, usually either a Tuesday or Friday, depending upon what day your payment has cleared, and all packages are insured by a third party insurer for the amount of the final bid/ purchase. Payments must have cleared before noon on a Tuesday or Friday in order to be sent out with that day's shipments. When P.O. Box addresses are provided by the customer, the package will be sent via the United States Postal Service. We are happy to send packages via expedited shipping services, if you need your package right away. Just email us first, to make sure that we will be able to accomodate your wishes.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We are delighted to ship internationally and will send your packages through the United States Postal Service using one of their standard international shipping options: Express Mail International, Priority Mail International, or First Class Mail International. All packages are insured by a third party insurer for the amount of the final bid/ purchase.
Additional fees for customs/ duty are the sole responsibility of the buyer, and under NO circumstances will we claim your purchase as a gift for the purposes of evading customs fees.

COMBINED SHIPPING: We are delighted to combine shipping for up to 3 items purchased within 10 days of each other- just email us and we will calculate the cost for shipping and handling to your postal code. We ship through standard shipping services, and are always on the lookout for reasonable prices for shipping in order to keep your costs as low as possible.
INSURANCE: Insurance is included in shipping and handling cost to cover any lost or damaged items sent via USPS, UPS, FedEx, OR DHL. Please take note: Shipping insurance covers the total dollar amount of the final bid/ purchase, and is your recourse in case of loss or damage to goods in transit.
RETURNS POLICY: Please, friends, do make sure you check the measurements of garments you plan to bid on/purchase against those of a garment which fits you well. Feel free to email us with as many questions as you'd like to ask about any item you are interested in bidding on or buying. We are also happy to supply more photos of items, if you like, and will do our very best to accurately represent the item. Returns are ONLY considered in the event of a gross error in the representation of the item for sale such as an undisclosed major flaw which might have missed our careful scrutiny. For example a "pair" of shoes with two different sizes would not be acceptable, nor would a jacket with two hugely different lengths of sleeves. Buyer has 48 hours after delivery to inspect the item(s) and contact us about any problems. We are happy to work with you to resolve any problems amicably! Returned items must be in the exact same condition they were in when sent, which includes leaving all tags attached. Return shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
