Hello there.

just to introduce myself, my name is Clare, and I LOVE the holistic lifestyle.  I work as a therapist with many different treatments, yoga and meditation classes and i am alos a yoga personal trainer.

But the shop is what you want to know about. . . .  I believe in only the best quality in everything ............ including customer service.  wha ever i can do to help I will ......... if you need anything just ask !!! if i caan find it i will get it !
