I absoloutly love to shop, therefore I sell clothes to make way for new ones. All items I sell are ones that I would still wear myself. Most of the items I sell are used however many of the items have only been worn a few times and are in good condition, I also sell new items with or without tags (I have a bad habit of pulling them off) that I havent got around to taking back to the shop. Most of my items come from high street stores such as River Island, Topshop, Miss selfridge, New look, H&M and many more!!

All my items are kept in a smoke free, pet free home!!

Auctions
I usually list my items in auction format sometimes with the option of buy it now. If there is no buy it now option on an item and no bids have been placed and you would like to make an offer on an item with view to me adding a buy it now option, please e-mail me. Sometimes I list items as buy it now or best offer this tends to be because they are expensive or rare items that mean a lot to me, in this type of listing I am open to all offers so place your best offer or buy it for the buy it now price, the highest offer or the buy it now ebayer will win the item.

Questions
I am open to any questions you may have about any of my items - you just have to ask! I will try to reply to your questions as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours.

Payment
I ask that payment must be made within 3 days of the listing closing, if there is any reason why payment cant be made after 3 days please contact me to confirm when payment will be made. I will wait if you are struggling to pay immediately, I just need to know.

Payment Methods
I only accept payment by papal, unless otherwise stated in the listing. If you cannot pay by papal or are having problems with your account please contact me BEFORE bidding. I use pay pal simply because it is quick and easy.

Non-Payment
I expect payment to be made within 3 days of the listing closing, unless otherwise negotiated with me. After 2 days if payment hasnt been made I will contact you and send you another invoice, if there is still no contact or payment I will take it you are reluctant to pay. Non paying bidders will be reported to eBay and will get a strike and negative feedback!!

Postage and Packing
In all listings, it states that there is a domestic handling time of five days; this means that it can be upto five working days after receiving cleared payment before your item is posted. This is because I usually only get chance to make it to the post office once or twice a week, so please allow up to five working days before your item is posted.

If you require an item immediately or for a certain date please contact me and I will do my best to get it to you for that date. This may mean I have to use special delivery to get your item to you, in this case an extra charge will incur.

Every item I send is suitably parceled and packaged, I post all items Royal Mail standard first class, if you require extra cover i.e. recorded delivery please contact before making payment and I will add the recorded option to the invoice, other wise your item will be posted standard first class.

I always get proof of posting, in the form of a receipt. I will refrain proof of posting for two weeks after posting the item, if you havent received your item within two weeks please contact me and I will send you the proof so you can claim compensation through Royal Mail. Unfortunately I cannot be held responsible for any item that goes missing once it leaves my possession through posting; all I can do is send you the receipt so you can claim through Royal Mail.

You may think my postage and packing fees are quite high however this is because they cover posting, packaging and travel to the post office. If you don agree with the postage and packing fees please DO NOT bid.

International bidders
I will accept bids from ebayers outside of the UK however, you MUST contact me first to ensure that I can post to your area and agree on postage costs to your address. Any international bidder that bids before contacting me will have there bids cancelled!!

Returns
I describe items as best as I can, therefore every sale is final and I will not accept refunds. However if you receive your item and you are not happy please contact me and I will try to resolve the matter as best as I can.

Feedback
Buyers - I would be very grateful if you could leave me feedback once you receive the item as this informs me that you have received your item and that you are happy with it, I will return the favor by leaving feedback for you. If you are at all unhappy with your item please contact me before leaving feedback.

Sellers - I leave feedback upon receiving the item, and will be grateful if you could return the favor and leave feedback for me. If I am at all unhappy with the item I will always contact the seller before leaving feedback.

Agreement of terms
If you agree with these terms, then I am happy for you to bid. If you don't agree with any of these terms please DO NOT bid.
I have the right to cancel any bids, especially of those who have excessive negative feedback, if you do I would advise you contact me before placing a bid.
Remember please read all item descriptions thoroughly before placing a bid, making an offer, or buying the item now!!!
