MissionFish - Donating to charity
I donate some or all of the proceeds from some of my eBay sales to my favourite charities. The special ribbon appears in the title bar of the item and in search results, allowing buyers to easily identify these listings as an authentic eBay for Charity item. My eBay for Charity listing will also include information about the charity and what percentage of the sale I have chosen to donate. This will be between 10% and 100% of the final sale (a £2 minimum donation applies).
AUCTION TERMS
Please read these terms prior to bidding. They will ensure a smooth and successful auction for both parties.
BIDDING: Any questions regarding an item should be submitted prior to bidding. Your feedback must be posative. Please do not bid if your feedback is in the negative as your bid will be cancelled. You should only bid if you intend to buy. Your bid is a contract and non-payment can lead to suspension of your eBay membership.
MAKING CONTACT & SENDING PAYMENT: You can pay instantly at the time of purchase by completing eBay's checkout procedure. We will reply via email to confirm receipt of your checkout details. Alternatively, we will send you an email soon after auction close. This email will contain complete payment details. We request that you confirm receipt of this email within 3 days. Please include details of your chosen method of payment and your mailing address so we can prepare your goods for posting. Please Note: If you have not heard from us within 24 hours of auction close you should assume we are having difficulty in contacting you via your eBay registered email address and contact us giving an alternative email address.
Payment should be received within 7 days of auction close. It is your responsibility to ensure payment arrives in time. We confirm receipt of all payments so if you believe your payment has not been received please contact us. If payment is not received within 5 - 7 days of auction close we will send a payment reminder. If payment is not received within 10 days of auction close we will initiate eBay's Unpaid Item Process. From this point onwards we are under no obligation to hold the item and reserve the right to relist or offer the item to the next placed bidder. If sending payment by mail from overseas you should use airmail delivery (preferably recorded) to ensure arrival within the 10 day period. Just email us if you have any questions regarding payment.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: UNITED KINGDOM (payment in GB Pounds) We accept payment by PayPal (www.paypal.com), cheque or postal order. PayPal payments should be sent to our eBay registered email address. There are no fees applied. If paying for multiple items by PayPal please send one payment for the total amount (do not send multiple payments). Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to "I Sherwood" and sent to our eBay registered mailing address. Please allow up to five working days for cheque clearance.
EUROPE (payment in GB Pounds or Euros) We accept payment by PayPal (www.paypal.com). PayPal payments should be sent to our eBay registered email address. There are no fees applied. Small to medium parcels are sent via Royal Mail. Large parcels are sent via Royal Mail Parcel Service or Parcelforce Worldwide. It is your responsibility to inform us of any additional postage requirements.
UK POSTAGE OPTIONS Recorded Delivery is available to any UK address for an additional £0.72. This is advised if you require signature delivery (maximum weight 2kg). Special Delivery is available to any UK address from £4.60 to £21.55 (depending on weight and size). This is advised if you require next-day signature delivery (maximum weight 10kg).

PACKAGING: All items are carefully packaged to the highest standard. The cost of packaging is included in the price of p&p. Re-use and recycle – in an effort to be green we do re-use packing materials.
DELIVERY: Orders are usually posted within five working day of receiving cleared payment. We post orders every postal day (Monday to Saturday) to ensure you receive your goods as quickly as possible. We will email you to confirm that your order is on the way (this email will include the date of posting). Delivery estimates are as follows: UK First Class (1-3 working days) / Europe Airmail (2-5 working days) / Rest Of World Airmail (4-7 working days). Please note that deliveries can sometimes take longer depending on local service.
INSURANCE: Please be assured that all of our parcels are covered by the standard Royal Mail £36.00 compensation scheme. This cover is conditional upon you providing us with a complete and correct postal address. If you provide us with an incomplete or incorrect postal address we will not be liable for any loss en route. If you require cover above the standard £36.00, please contact us to arrange this so we can arrange special delivery which is between £4.60 and £21.55 (depending on weight and size). If your parcel arrives damaged please let us know immediately and we will advise as to our returns procedure. UK Deliveries: If you have not received a UK delivery within 15 days of the date of posting please let us know. We will contact Royal Mail on your behalf to request a delivery investigation. We have to allow 15 days for Royal Mail to complete a UK delivery (as per their terms and conditions). Overseas Deliveries: If you have not received an overseas delivery within 25 days of the date of posting please let us know. We will contact Royal Mail on your behalf to request a delivery investigation. We have to allow 25 days for Royal Mail to complete an overseas delivery (as per their terms and conditions).

Free protection on your eBay purchases when you pay with PayPal
If you pay with PayPal then your purchase is protected up to £150. As I am a PayPal Verified seller with over 50 feedback (over 97% positive) then your purchase is protected up to £500. Terms apply, check details on PayPal.
RETURN POLICY: We take great pride in making sure you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item please contact us immediately and we will do everything we can to help. In most instances the problem can be resolved to your complete satisfaction. Any item can be returned for a refund of the bid total (not including p&p). The item must be in the same condition as when it left us. You should use appropriate packaging to protect the item en route (if possible, re-use the packaging it arrived in). Damaged or faulty items: If you believe an item to be damaged or faulty please contact us as soon as possible and we will advise as to our return procedure. If the item is found to be damaged or faulty we will send a replacement as soon as possible. If no replacement is available we will issue a full refund (including p&p costs). Please note that all returns are checked and if the item is found to be working you will be liable for all p&p costs. We always do our very best to give an accurate description of the item. If an item differs from the auction description or auction picture then on return we will issue a full refund (including p&p). Please note that the auction picture may be a stock picture and not the actual item for sale. The auction description will state when the auction picture shows the actual item for sale. We would advise that when returning goods you obtain a Certificate of Posting and, if applicable, postal insurance. It is your responsibility to make sure the item is returned securely. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

FEEDBACK: After many years of posting feedback for every successful transaction (whether we received feedback or not) we have now adopted the more popular method of posting feedback on eBay today. As the buyer, after you receive your item in satisfactory condition, please post your feedback. As the seller, we will then post our feedback. We like nothing more than to post positive feedback. However, non-paying bidders will not be tolerated and negative feedback will be posted if applicable.
