At the furniture factory outlet the photographs of the products you see are pictures of THE ACTUAL ITEM that you will receive - not fancy magazine shots that may resemble what you will receive

many of the items are AVAILABLE NOW - there isn't a delay while the item is ordered from a supplier

delivery will occur within twelve working days from payment being received (this may vary in busy periods)  

much of the oak would normally be found in either HOUSE OF FRASER or LAURA ASHLEY but at much higher prices

why is it so cheap ? some of the items may be discontinued lines (although classic oak never goes out of style!). some of the items may be slight seconds and have minor imperfections - where this is the case, it will be made clear
