Well, I`m happily married with two children.  I was made redundant from my job as a manager of a small call centre while I was on maternity leave with my second child which made me decide to stay at home and be a full time mum, even though I love being at home with the kids (and the hubby who works horrible shift patterns!), the boredom was really beginning to get to me, then I starting selling on ebay!!! 

It all started with me listing a few things (to give me something to do!) when I cleared a shoe cupboard, then I got addicted to selling on Ebay and am now planning to sort the whole house out, sell the things we don`t need, earn myself some cash and it definately keeps me occupied!  We never throw anything away and we normally keep things in good condition, quite a few times we buy things and never use them and it ends up just cluttering up the house and driving me mad!!  So 2008 is going to be a mad selling frenzy on EBAY!!

As you can see from the items I sell I have a wide variety of everything and don`t sell any one paticular item, so if there is anything you think I might have, send me an email, you never know!

I tend to list most of my items with "Buy It Now" basically because when I buy on Ebay I prefer to just click and buy (I always forget when auctions are ending!!) and have received emails from some of my customers saying they were so happy to get a bargain without the hassle of bidding.  If I do have anything on Auction format that you would like to buy instantly (and there are no current bids on it) please email me and let me know, however please also include a price you would be happy to pay. 

How I Work?

I try to contact you within an hour after an auction has ended or you buy it now (during the hours of 9am to 9pm) however with having two children and currently being pregnant this sometimes does not always work out, I do normally check my emails regularly during the day so responses are usually very quick.

I go to the post office every day in the morning and if you pay by 9am I will normally post the same day, if I cannot do this I will email you to let you know.  I post everything by second class post (unless it is a heavy item and otherwise stated) and am actually surprised at how quick my parcels reach their buyers and my feedback reflects this!!  If you want something sent by first class or any other way please email me to let me know and I will revise the postage cost, this is not normally a lot more.

If you are unhappy with ANYTHING please email me, I describe things as best as I can (and have been spot on so far) but I am only human and we all make mistakes so please let me know what the issue is and we can sort it out, communication is always the key and I would rather know if you are unhappy in case I keep making the same mistake!! 

I normally leave feedback when I have sent your item, please have the courtesy to leave me feedback if you are happy with your purchase, if you are not happy please contact me prior to leaving negative feedback.  Nobody likes to receive negative or neutral feedback and many times it can be avoided with a bit of communication.
