Hi there my name is Tia, I am a mother & love Chocolate, Parties, Pink, Children, Animals to name but a few…( not necessarily in that order although chocolate ) .. I came by ebay through a friend, who showed me how much fun it was buying. From then on I was hooked, as I am a keen recycler and have been doing it for many years. After I discovered Ebay I found it a brilliant way to buy & sell for myself, my children, my family and friends...I try to be as honest in my write ups as possible (I too have bought a lotion for a whopping price, only to discover it was a sample!!!)
I believe we should all do our bit to make this world a better place.
DRAKENSTEIN LION PARK in CAPETOWN. We were shocked to discover that hand Reared Lion Cubs were later sold to hunting farms & shot by hunters??? What a terrible betrayal. Next February 20,000 Lions will become homeless & these hunting farms are doing 2 for 1 Offers.
Drakenstein Lion Park will hopefully give refuge to 20 of these trusting creatures.
Sandy
Meet Sandy (as shown above) who was born on the 28 February 1989 and arrived at the Park on 19 March 2003.
Sandy had been kept in a small area for an extended period prior to her arrival and was so obese when she arrived that she could hardly walk. Sandy has no teeth and has to receive specially prepared food. Because of her lack of teeth she cannot be integrated with other lion as she has no means of defending herself.
