I began Ebaying as a seller in September 2006 and have enjoyed every minute since. I love every part, from creating the listing, to carefully packaging the parcel, to finally receiving feedback (or an email) from my customers - I love it.

The most important part of selling is YOU - my customer. I want to get your item(s) to you as quickly as possible and for you to enjoy the few moments it takes to open your parcel. I always pack every item well, whatever distance the parcel has to travel.

I also work hard to keep my postage and packing charges to a bare minimum. Every parcel is carefully weighed before listing to ensure I know exactly what the postal charges will be. I then give you a choice of postal methods, and charge a standard 40p for packing materials (and the packaging often costs me a lot more than 40!).

You will want to know when to expect your parcel, so as soon as I receive your payment, I'll contact you to thank you and let you know when I'll be posting your parcel. I endeavour to despatch within 24 hours of receiving your payment. I do ask that you let me know when you receive your item(s), either via feedback or email, as I like to keep all my postal receipts until I know the item has reached its destination safely.

And if you have any questions during the auction, I'll resond to them as soon as I can.

In a nutshell, I want you to enjoy your buying experience with me, as much as I enjoy the selling experience.
