We at Venture-UK sell mobile phones and a wide range of accessories for mobile phones, iPods, games consoles, PC's & laptops. It is worth looking through all our shop categories as we have many items compatible with multiple devices and of course the famous and amazing NASA ant farm.

We are an ebay focused business and work to uphold the ebay principal of good service at a good price.

What ever we sell whether it is a £200 phone or a 99p cable you can expect the same high standard of customer care.

We operate a very stringent quality control and endeavour to make sure all items sent out are in perfect order, but just in case we offer a 7 day return on all our items.

This means if there is a problem - the battery doesn't charge - the housing has a scratch etc. you can simply email us and arrange to return the item for an exchange or a refund. Any problem at all just email us for quick and friendly help.

Payment Information

Payment Terms: We would appreciate payment and/or contact to be made within 24 hours of auction end. If we do not receive payment and/or contact by 7 days of the auction end we will be forced to file a non payment dispute and relist the item for sale. If you are sending a cheque or postal order by post please notify us that you have done so to avoid any confusion about non payment.

We accept the following forms of payment:

UK customers: We prefer payment by postal order or cheque, however we are happy to accept PayPal if this is more convenient. We can also accept bank transfers, please email us to make arrangements.

Non UK customers: We prefer payment by paypal. We can also accept bank transfers, please email us to make arrangements.

Notice to PayPal users: We will only dispatch to the address you have registered with Paypal, there are no exceptions to this as we are bound by ebay and paypal codes of practice.

Please do not bid or buy if you are unsure or not planning on paying.


Postage Information

Postage & Packing: All P&P charges are detailed on each sale page. We always try to offer 2 or 3 shipping options with varying costs and insurance levels. We then leave the choice of postal service to the customer. PLEASE BE AWARE that if you choose a postal service with no insurance we cannot help you if it is lost in transit, similarly if you choose insured postage we can only reimburse you up to the level of the chosen cover, Recorded Delivery = £36 and Special Delivery = £500. Although we try very hard to keep our P&P charges as low as possible it is worth remembering that P&P covers more than just POSTAGE. There is also the cost of Packaging, Labels, Staff costs, and Transportation.

Combined Postage: Most of the time we are happy to combine orders for postage together. If you are interested in purchasing multiple items, purchase the items you want and then request total from us before paying we are usually able to send a revised invoice with discounted P&P charges or email us before buying.

Generally when we combine orders, we take the highest P&P charge of your order, and then every other product is charged at its additional P&P charge amount. This can potentially save a substantial amount of money on P&P.

Despatch date: Usually same day payment is received or next day at the latest. This will only change if we have previously advised buyers through our sales and shop page of a delay, if this happens all details and relevant dates will be supplied.


Returns

Defective Products: If your product is DOA (Dead on Arrival), we will replace it if you contact us within 7 DAYS of your RECEIPT.

Warranties, exchanges & Returns: If we offer a warranty on an item it will be clearly stated on the sale page what the warranty covers and the length of time it covers. Most new items come with a one-year or more manufacturers warranty and the manufacturer should be contacted directly with any problems.

If you have any other problems with your item please do email us and we will always reply as soon as possible and work with you to resolve the problem in any way we can. It would be helpful if you either contacted us through ebay or if you email then include your username and item number.

If the problem warrants the return of your item for a refund or an exchange we cannot reimburse your return postage costs although we will refund your full original payment if a refund is appropriate. PLEASE NOTE if an item is returned with incorrect postage paid we will have to collect from the sorting office and pay the missing postage plus a £1.00 admin fee charged by Royal Mail, if this happens we will deduct this charge from your refund.

** IMPORTANT** We can only issue a refund or exchange your item after we receive the returned item in an unused condition with all original packaging intact and all requested information - which means you must contact us and adhere to all return conditions.

 Feedback and Detailed Seller Ratings

After your purchase we hope you will be ready to leave positive feedback, when you do so you will also be asked to complete the Detailed Seller Ratings which rates four specific aspects of the transaction. Although this rating system appears to suggest that 4 out of 5 stars is a good rating and represents a good experience, ebay actually intends 5 out of 5 stars to be a positive rating and as such begin seller penalties if their ebay 30 day average falls below 4.8 stars. We ask that you please consider this when leaving feedback. If you have any problems at all with your purchase contact us and allow us the chance to put it right before you leave feedback for us.
