Items/Auctions:

We only sell quality items and at bargain prices so that you are happy with your eBay experience! Most of our items are listed in the fixed price ‘buy it now’ format, but also have the ‘best offer’ facility. This means that you can either buy it straight away for a fixed price, or make an offer and get it for less! Note: offers vastly under the buy it now are not likely to be accepted as our buy it now prices are very fair to start with (eg. If an item has £9.99 buy it now, an offer of £2 is not going to be accepted, whereas £7.99 is likely to be accepted).

We sometimes list items in the auction format with the option to ‘buy it now.’ However please note that in these auctions, once a bid has been placed, the buy it now option disappears (so even though the listing will still mention Buy it Now it is no longer available)

As it's great to get free stuff we sometimes offer a little something extra with our items if you purchase them at the listed ‘buy it now’ price- to give you even more value for money! (Not all items have this offer, the item’s listing will let you know if there is a ‘Buy it Now Bonus.’

Buyer Requirements:

To protect ourselves form eBayers who are not likely to pay etc. there are a few buyer requirements on our listings. The main requirement is having a Paypal account. If you find that you are unable to make an offer or buy an item from us, it will be because eBay does not recognise that you meet the necessary requirement. In the event that you want to buy an item, but can’t please let us know about it and we’ll be able to help (we’ve only had this happen to one buyer, so it’s not likely to affect you)

Payment:

For speed and efficiency we only offer PayPal and expect payment within 7 days of buying the item or receiving you invoice (for combined postage/international shipping etc.)

*if you really can’t use PayPal, but still want to buy an item, please contact us as we may be able to arrange an alternative method of payment such as cheque or postal order. This is only available to UK Customers only, and for orders of £10 or more, providing we have arranged it with you FIRST. Do not send cheques or postal orders that we have not agreed to receiving!

Postage&Packing (UK):

Most items are sent by Royal Mail First Class Standard, we also offer Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery which can be selected when you pay. Other options such as Royal Mail Special Delivery can be requested (at a higher price) if you want them. Prices stated are for within the UK only!

Items are usually dispatched the day after payment is received, and will usually arrive within 1 day.

We also offer discounts for multiple items purchased within 3 days of each other, so you can save on postage!

In most cases this will be the highest item £ plus 99p for each additional item.

However, heavier items with higher postage costs (ie. £3.99 and over) will not follow the +99p rule, but will still be able to be combined for a cheaper postage cost. In any case please ask for a combined invoice for the correct amount!

Returns:

In the unlikely event you receive the wrong item, first contact us, to arrange returning the item. Once received we will post the correct item to you and refund you the postage through PayPal only.

If the item arrives in a condition vastly different from how it was described, and we deem it to be our fault, you can return it within a week of receipt. We will send out a replacement, if possible, or refund the price of the item (not including P&P)

In all cases you must contact us first. We offer no compensation for items returned without our agreement.

Non-Payment action:

-      If an item is not paid for, within a week*, you will be sent a reminder and an ‘unpaid item dispute’ will be opened. If you don’t respond within a week of that I can close the dispute and you will get an ‘unpaid item strike’ and the item will get relisted. *If you have a legitimate reason for not being able to pay please contact us to let us know the problem, otherwise we assume you’re just not going to pay.

-      If you do not pay the correct postage stated in the listing (or invoice for international buyers) you will be sent an invoice for the rest. Failing this, we will attempt to send the item for the amount you have paid, but we are not responsible for long delivery times or damage/loss your item may suffer in the post. If an item can’t be sent it is re listed and no refund is given.

International buyers:

We sell to all over the world-and have done many times now, countries we’ve sold to include: USA, Canada, Mexico, France, Spain, Germany, Denmark, Ireland, New Zealand …and lots more!

Please note that shipping will be higher than the UK postage in the listing, please either ask for a total or wait for me to send you an invoice.  (Please contact me to find out what the postage/shipping cost will be to your country before you bid/buy!)

We usually use Royal Mail Airmail for most items as this is quite cheap and will reach most countries within a week. If you want the option of tracking your item, or require a signature on delivery please ask us for Royal Mail International Sign For (this will cost more than airmail, but is more secure!)

*International buyers can receive shipping discounts on multiple purchases too, but, like heavy items, this does not have a simple rule to follow, so please ask for an invoice and I can work it out for you.
