RETURNS:
If you need to return a product to The Black Cat Oracle you must contact us within 30 days of receipt by
emailing whelansgifts@yahoo.com or by calling us at 1-406-885-6429. You must have
the original invoice number or E-bay item number to reference.  

DAMAGES:
If you are missing merchandise from you order, or have received damaged items, put the package aside and contact us within 10 days so we may get the issue resolved in a timely manner. The Black Cat Oracle will upon your request replace any merchandised that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error.  

SHIPPING:

Shipping discounts are available when purchasing multiple items and costs may vary depending on your zip code and size of your oeder. We try to charge according to UPS rates to make sure you get the lowest possible shipping charge. USPS and other services available upon request.
