Hello, My name is Gemma.
I'm 20 years old. Living at home with my dad and little brother. All my older silblings work or are at uni.
I like to make clothes and work with fabrics and although I don't have a job at the moment I have sold the odd piece on ebay 2 keep me going. Plus I do clothing and soft furnishing alterations which helps too.
The reason I am not working is because I really want a job working with clothes or fabrics and there are none in the area I live in. So I may save up to do a course in dressmaking and pattern alteration.
I attended the Arts Institute at Bournemouth in 2006 and got a Foundation Degree in Art & Design, and was going to go on to study Costume Design but I decided Uni wasn't for me, so that never happened.
