Hi

My name is Donna Smith, I have a balloon business located at 18 Penygraig Road  Llanelli, I decorate venues for Weddings, Engagements, Christenings, Birthdays, Any celebration. I also do wedding favours. 

I aim to keep my prices low, in todays climate people do not have large budgets to spend on entertainment.

In my e bay shop I sell all sorts of balloons and decorations.  Balloon in a box is a great gift for a special occasion.  All my items are brand new and are at great prices
