INTERNATIONAL Customers

Cheques or Postal Orders accepted from UK customers only

Payment Conditions

If there is a problem with paying, please contact us immediately,

Payment to be received within 3 weeks of win or sale will be void, item will be relisted & negative feedback will be left.

Non paying customers will receive payment reminder after 1 week, & an unpaid payment reminder dispute after 2 weeks.

Shipping

 Costs include postage & packing.

UK Customers

Items are usually dispatched via ROYAL MAIL within 2 working days.Please allow 1-2 days for 1^st class

1-3 days for 2^nd class, 3-5 days for Royal Mail Parcels.

Europe Customers                     

Please allow 1-3 days for airmail; .2 -5 weeks for SURFACE MAIL.

Customers from  Rest of World

Please allow 3-5 days for airmail;  10-12 weeks for SURFACE MAIL

Late or non arrival of items

Please allow 18 days for delivery before informing us of non arrival.( The Royal Mail will not take responsibility until then.) Please can you also check at your local Callers (sorting) Office or with neighbours before contacting us; as occasionally missing parcels have been known to be with them or placed in coalsheds or behind bins etc.

If items are returned to us due to ‘not called for’ we will only re-send if further postage payment is made.

Collection of items

You can collect Saturday & Tuesday @ Havant Market,Sunday @ Ford Market or Monday @ Cosham Market, with at least 3 days notice to ensure items are available to collect.

Refund /Return Policy
