to arrange the return. Please quote your eBay item number.
14 days return periodThe reason doesn't matter;
within 14 days you can return any item for a full refund, providing it is
unused and I receive it back in original resaleable condition. I don't mind
if you no longer have the original packaging, although you should keep this
until you've made up your mind.
Exchanges
I only refund, and do not exchange. Why? Well it all comes down to the
postage costs. As a small seller, it costs me just as it would cost you. So
to be fair, I offer easy returns, and you are very welcome to purchase new
items as a new transaction.
Damaged or faulty
If you are happy to take a replacement, then I will pay the cost of
returning the original back to me, and will not charge you anything further
to send a replacement to you. If I cannot provide a replacement or you do
not want one, then you'll get a full refund without delay.
Do you refund postage costs?
If the product arrived damaged or faulty and I am refunding you, then I
will refund the original and return postage costs. Otherwise, you will need
to cover these.
Export taxes and chargesUsually, the advertised
postage charge will be the price to get the goods to your door. Some
countries can apply additional duties to imported goods in which case you
will need to cover these.
I regret that I cannot be held liable for any other indirect costs arising
from late or problem deliveries.
