Problem sending a message?
eBay sometimes display a series of letter or number images on-screen which you are asked to copy into a box before being able to submit your message. If you can't see these, it may be because your pc anti-virus software is blocking them. If so, please try one of the other methods above.
About Me
This is not my main job, it's more of a part-time hobby! Aside from earning a little extra, the real reason for selling on eBay is because it allows me to be creative and pursue my interest in art and design.
Meet Suky!
All of the designs here are unique, made to a high standard, and I will happily consider requests for 'personalised' items. Although I work during the day, I have web access so it's very easy to get hold of me.

And yes, I love cats... black being my favourite - they spread happiness :o)
At the moment I am not allowed a cat thanks to my current landlord, so until I can change things, I have to console myself with my Mum's whenever I go to visit!
Payment
I accept the following method of payments:

PayPal (recommended)
Goods will be posted to the address as recorded on your PayPal account. This is the fastest and easiest method.

Postal orders
If you wish to pay by this method, please make your purchase then in the checkout screen, request an invoice. This is emailed to you and contains simple details of how to process your postal order. Please allow at least three extra working days for delivery.

I'm sorry however do not accept cheques.
Delivery
Do you need your item in time for Christmas?
To reach you in time for Christmas, purchases need to be made and payment received, by 12 noon on 18th December (UK), and 11th December (Europe). Please note that this is in accordance with the guidelines issued by Royal Mail; I'm sorry however cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas unless a Special Delivery service is requested (please contact me for a quote/details).

Delivery service
Postage is via UK Royal Mail, usually parcel post unless the listing states special delivery. As soon as dispatch has taken place, I will update the status on eBay plus send you an eBay email as confirmation. Being a small seller, I only really have the choice of using Royal Mail; however with current strike action, if they are in a mess closer to Christmas then I will offer alternative delivery methods to avoid delay.

Delivery times
I only advertise what I have ready, so dispatch will usually take place next working day morning (Monday to Friday) once payment has been received. Please allow three working days for delivery (six for international delivery). As soon as dispatch has taken place, I will update the status on eBay plus send you an eBay email as confirmation.

Free insurance included
Free basic insurance is included in the postage charge; I get official proof of postage from Royal Mail; if they lose or damage the goods, then I will either replace or fully refund you (incl. postage) without delay, then I will chase them to get my money back! It saves you the hassle.

Postage discounts
Occassionally I offer free postage in selected listings however am not always able to do so. Otherwise I always offer postage discounts if you're buying multiple items - these should be applied automatically providing you buy and pay for all of the items in one go.

Can you deliver to my country?
I can usually deliver to any international country; if yours is not shown within a particular listing, please get in touch.
Returns
I will deal with any return requests quickly and honourably.
All I ask is that you contact me first to arrange the return. Please quote your eBay item number.

14 days return period
The reason doesn't matter; within 14 days you can return any item for a full refund, providing it is unused and I receive it back in original resaleable condition. I don't mind if you no longer have the original packaging, although you should keep this until you've made up your mind.

Exchanges
I only refund, and do not exchange. Why? Well it all comes down to the postage costs. As a small seller, it costs me just as it would cost you. So to be fair, I offer easy returns, and you are very welcome to purchase new items as a new transaction.

Damaged or faulty
If you are happy to take a replacement, then I will pay the cost of returning the original back to me, and will not charge you anything further to send a replacement to you. If I cannot provide a replacement or you do not want one, then you'll get a full refund without delay.

Do you refund postage costs?
If the product arrived damaged or faulty and I am refunding you, then I will refund the original and return postage costs. Otherwise, you will need to cover these.

Export taxes and charges
Usually, the advertised postage charge will be the price to get the goods to your door. Some countries can apply additional duties to imported goods in which case you will need to cover these.

I regret that I cannot be held liable for any other indirect costs arising from late or problem deliveries.
Product Info
Are your products ethical?
I make most of my products myself, using materials that I can source fairly locally. I do try and ascertain where these materials originate from, and would never knowingly endorse the use of 'slave labour' or the like. Where possible I buy 'green' materials such as the eco-friendly fabric paints that I often use.

Washing instructions
Most 'fabric' items are machine washable on a low temperature, although I recommend that they are washed separately from light coloured or delicate fabrics. 'Craft' items should only be gently sponge-cleaned using warm soapy water.

Suitable for children?
Most items are not, as they are hand-crafted and may contain loose or small parts.

Individual listings carry more item-specific information, including metric and imperial measurements.
