All items unless otherwise specified in the auction description are second user due to age/rarity and may contain signs of wear.  
All items present will be specified in the description. If the item is not pictured or described it is not included. All measurements are approximate.

If payment is not received within 10 days of auction end (unless agreed between buyer and us) we reserve the right to void the transaction and will claim back final value fees via the eBay dispute console..

A 14 day return to base warranty is offered on the majority of goods with the exceptions below. This is from the date of receipt of the goods.

This includes the return transport time to ourselves. Goods received after this window may be refused return.

We will refuse to accept return of goods described with faults prior to sale or for computer software/media products.

We will not pay the return cost of postage. A refund will be made within 14 working days of return.

If a parcel is returned uncollected by Royal Mail you will be responsible for redispatch costs equal to the original postage.

If an item is dispatched to you by City-Link there will two delivery attempts on successive working days apart.

Please contact city-link after the first delivery if delivery on the next working day is not suitable to reschedule the second delivery attempt. If additional attempts are required this will be charged at £5+VAT

If a parcel is returned uncollected via city-link you will responsible for a return charge (equal to original postage + 7.95 GBP+VAT carriage forward) and a redispatch charge equal to original postage. It is therefore imperative you collect goods and contact city-link if they are delivered in your absence.

If the parcel is returned and you do not pay our direct postal costs, we will refund for the item minus these costs incurred to date.

Personal collections of purchased items is possible only by appointment as they may not be 'on site'.

You MUST contact us before visiting as items are not stored 'on site', and a speculative journey may be a wasted journey.
