As with a lot of ebayers we started by selling the unwanted bits around the house and got addicted to the buzz of selling. We have moved on since then and now actively source great bargains to offer to our ebay customers including brand new Adidas and Stella McCartney sportswear, new and used iPods, cameras, consumer electronics and anything else that we think represents great value.

You can see from our feedback below that we are passionate about customer service and work really hard to give all our customers a positive experience so they will come back again and again. We always endeavour to despatch items as soon as cleared payment is made.  We have an excellent reputation for fast shipping.

Q. What is your return policy?

A. Where the listing states that returns are accepted, we will accept unused items with all original labels and packaging returned within 14 days so long as we have been informed within 7 days. Items must be returned at buyers expense unless they are faulty. Faulty items can be returned up to 28 days after delivery when bought on a Buy It Now sale and may be repaired, replaced or refunded - where items are confirmed as faulty, postage will also be refunded.

Q. How long will my purchase take to arrive?

A. This will depend on the postage method (stated in the listing) and location of the buyer. Over 95% of our sales are despatched within 1 working day of cleared payment received. We always email our buyers to let them know that their purchase has been sent (including tracking details where appropriate).
