AA OFFICE SOLUTIONS aims to offer a very wide range of office equipment and other small electronic items to both home and business users at fantastic discounts.
A fairly new and emerging company, we source our products from business to business retail outlets and specialise in supplying new, nearly new and liquidated stock at phenomenal discounts to the retail price.
We have a dedicated team of engineers who fully test all our equipment for sale to ensure it is in full working order. We are so confident of this process that we offer a 30 day warranty on all our second hand electrical items as a minimum. In some cases our stock comes with full 12 month manufacturer’s warranties in place.
Our after sales backup is second to none - we understand that positive feedback is very important to our business and we will strive to make sure our customers are happy at all times.
Our stock can be broken down into the following categories:
Brand new - generally undelivered items with original delivery stickers on the box, end of line items, stock written off due to damaged boxes or time on shelf
Ex Display - items on display in retail outlets. These could have small handling marks on the items due to handling in store. Sometimes they come without original boxes or accessories as these tend to get lost over time. Some may have a low page count from in store testing
Ex Demo - items sent to the retail outlets for staff evaluation before sales. These usually come with accessories but with a slightly higher page count than ex display models. They are usually in very good condition, one step below retail standard.
Customer return - items returned to the store within the first month of purchase due to a problem. This could range from a non functioning power unit to a mechanical failure. A lot of the time the item is in perfect working order but there has been an operator error in the set up process. These items are tested by our engineers and refurbished where necessary. They are sent out in perfect working order and in condition as described in the listing, usually "A" graded.
Liquidated Stock - these come from liquidation sales of second hand items. All are tested fully, cleaned and serviced before sending out. The listing will state clearly the condition of the unit and the state of any peripherals or consumables included.
