WE HAVE EXPRENCE IN SELLING ALL TYPES OF ELECTRICAL ITEMS AND A LARGE RANGE OF HANDTOOLS AT LOW COST.
We want you to be happy with your purchase & 99.9% of all the transactions are completed satisfactorily & without any problems, but in rare occasions things may go wrong, so for your protection and ours we have to let you know all the legal bits.
Postage Policy Details
· For any items outside mainland England, Scotland and Wales an additional charge will nearly always apply. Please E mail us for a shipping quote before buying this from outside the United Kingdom.
· Due to additional charges imposed by our couriers for deliveries to the Northern Ireland, The Shetland Islands and Scottish Highlands, The Isle Of Wight, The Isle Of Man, The Isle of Scilly, Jersey and The Channel Islands, an additional charge may be levied to cover carriage to these areas.
· We advise customers to contact us for a final postage fee before finalising orders in the above cases.
· Multiple items: We offer a discount for multiple items sent out together. Please email us before checkout to work out a discount. Shipping discounts will not be given if multiple checkouts are made.
· We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched within 24 hrs (working days). Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque.
On 95% of occasions we send your purchase out to you as soon as it is paid for NORMALLY WITHIN 1-3 DAYS OF RECEIPT/CLEARED PAYMENT. The only real exceptions to this are if you are a new user with no ratings or have bad ratings, in which case we will wait for a cheque to clear. Very occasionally we may run out of an item in our shop in which case it will probably be sent the following day after our stocks have been replenished you will be instantly notified if there is a delay. If item cannot be supplied due to any reason full money will be refunded and emailed with reason.
· Items less than 2 kg should arrive the NEXT WORKING day after they leave our shop. We send them by first class mail and if they are over £30 they will have to have extra insurance.
· Larger (bulkier) parcels however sometimes take an extra day. Items over 2 kg also take longer. Standard parcels within the UK take at least 3 WORKING days and often take 5 - 6 WORKING days to arrive.
· Working days are Monday - Friday and do not include bank holidays / public holidays. Our shipping prices include a very small amount towards the likes of padded envelopes and other packaging materials. We do not make money on shipping.
Royal Mail Items
I always obtain proof of postage for every item that is sent and very rarely have problems with items being reported as not received/lost in the post etc.... Royal Mail will not accept a parcel as missing for a minimum of 10 working days (excluding weekends). If for some reason, you have not received your item within 10 working days, I will issue you with a copy of my proof of posting your item to you, in order for YOU can carry out the simple steps mentioned below. Sorry, this rule has to be in place for those, the minority, who think that they are entitled to freebies.

It is never nice to have an item lost in the post & we do everything possible to avoid this, However in very rare occasions & with best effort it may happen.
Following are the procedures we have in place to deal with a lost or delayed item:
- We always send you an item dispatched email to keep you informed including the royal mail reference as proof of dispatch, and we keep all proof of posting.
- If your item is delayed please first of all contact us for advice but most importantly contact your local Royal mail depot for any packages awaiting your collection, Cards are normally left but on occasions the postman may not leave a note!
- If you suspect that your item is lost in the post then we will do everything possible to recover your product or replace it as per Royal mail guidelines you can read this here.
- Royal mail will not consider a package lost until 15 days after the posting date & we honour this timescale as the item may be delivered until this time hence it is not considered lost but just delayed.
- Once we raise the claim form, Royal mail will also contact you for confirmation that you have not received your item, please do this as quickly as possible as it is a legal requirement & failure to respond to Royal mail query will delay the process.
- Once Royal mail confirms to us that they have received your confirmation we will then Replace or refund your purchase price.
- Please rest assured that items are not lost very often, but when things go wrong you will have a replacement or refund but please be patient as these things can take a little while.
Please note: The above procedure is final & We are unable to deviate from the above. All emails and eBay correspondence is kept as evidence should any PayPal or eBay claims be made. Feedback threats, Abusive e-mails and dishonesty is taken very seriously and can result in either or both your eBay and PayPal account being suspended.

- If your item is damaged upon delivery we will gladly replace it after Royal mail or Courier investigation, in all damage cases photographic proof is required. It is the responsibility of you, the buyer, to inspect the goods as soon as is reasonably possible and notify us immediately of any shortages or damage. All claims for shortages or breakages should be made within 3 days of delivery; we will not entertain any claims made after this period.

Cancellation, REFUNDS & Returns Policy.
Please note: Minor cosmetic marks & damaged packaging are not considered faults and even with the best efforts can sometimes occur during transit.
Items simply not compatible with any existing device or equipment do not constitute a fault and is not eligible for a faulty return.
- All New electrical & electronic products carry a UK warranty (6 months) against failure and defects under reasonable operating conditions unless otherwise stated in the description. (Excluded products are inclusive batteries, Bulbs & Consumables)
- Exclusions: Lighters, Smoking accessories, Decorative goods, Gifts, Collectable & ceramic items, Batteries & consumables do not carry a warranty unless damaged or faulty in delivery.

Any warranty applies to day to day use as per operating instructions & will not include accidental damage, Misuse or abuse or cosmetic damage.
Please ensure your goods are faulty before returning them because for goods returned & Found not to be faulty (no Fault found or in an unacceptable condition) we will charge the postage cost to return them back to you.
- This does not affect your statutory rights.
• Please check the goods you receive within 48 hours of receiving your item and notify us by email if items have any fault, as items will not be rectified after this time period. The product must be in the same condition it was in when you received it.
• In some cases we may be able to send you replacement parts for the item at our Discretion.
• If we are not able to replace the item or rectify the fault then we will give you full refund.
• Returns will only be accepted if the goods have a manufacturing fault. It’s the customer’s responsibility to pay for shipping the item back to us by the cheapest recorded method. If the item is found faulty, we will also refund the cost postage you paid within 7 days.
If item is not found faulty then it is up to the buyer to get the item collected or full postage will be charged for re-delivery.
All sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled once it has been placed but if you simply do not like your purchase, and wish to return it then the above return policy also applies. In addition, due to the wafer thin margins we sell our goods for we reserve the right to deduct an administration fee, usually 10% of the net purchase price.
In the unlikely event of needing to return an item, you must log the fault with us by email through eBay messages service immediately and we will respond ASAP with RMA number. (We do not work on weekends / bank holidays). Please send the faulty item with return address, your name and eBay id, detailed description of fault.
RMA number is only valid for 1 week,
If good is not dispatched back within a week then another RAM number will have to be requested.
Do not despatch goods without our prior agreement. We aim to deal with returns as swiftly as possible. However, please allow up to 7-10 working days for your returns to be processed, if we are waiting for a replacement we will inform you.
Due to the low prices of our goods, we cannot offer to repay return postage costs if item is not found faulty return costs are Bourne by the sender, Return postage is not refundable. However any replacement goods will be sent out for free.
- Please bear in mind: Postage costs include: Packaging, materials, Storage, Labour & Handling charges which are non refundable.
- If you choose to cancel your order within this period and return any goods received, you will receive a refund (depending on the original method of payment) to the value of the goods supplied, excluding delivery (P&P) which is a separate supply contract. Items are returned at your own cost.
- Goods returned must be in the original pristine condition in which they were supplied and include every single item of the product and its packaging. If any of the packaging or contents are missing, or not in an ‘as new’ condition, we will not be able to refund you or deduct the cost of missing parts.
- Items sent without communication or not in original condition will neither be refunded nor returned.
- The time frame for the return of goods begins once you have received the goods & any returned goods must be received within 5 working days.
- Your cancellation request must be received within the time frame mentioned above. We will not consider any returns after the specified periods.
- In all circumstances, Please email us first for return instructions.
The item is your responsibility until we have confirmed receipt. It is advisable to send the item by recorded delivery for your own protection.
