Postage Costs: P&P are not only the cost of a stamp. The charges include postage, packaging and handling fees. If you do not agree with our P&P charges please do not bid on the item

Cancellation: You may cancel the order at anytime before the item is shipped, you will be fully refunded for this without any questions asked.

If the item has already been shipped, you may cancel the sale at any time within 3 working days. The item must be returned before the refund is issued. The buyer will be responsible for the return P&P costs.

Warranty: We offer a no quibble return policy of 7 days. They will be replaced or refunded fully. Accidental damage is not covered. The buyer will be responsible for the return P&P costs. For health and hygiene purposes this does not apply to Earphones of hands free kits.

If the item is becomes faulty within 30 days of purchased we will replace the item free of charge. Accidental damage is not covered. The buyer will be responsible for the return P&P costs.

Serial number or Barcode number is noted down against buyers purchase to safety and quality purposes so we know which item the customer has received.

Returns

If an item is faulty or you have recieved the wrong order, please contact us within 3 days of reciept of the item. You will then beissued with an 'RMA Number', which you must include in a note with the item to be returned. You must not return an item without an RMA number as it will not be processed.

Returned items are dealt within 5 working days of us receiving it.

We provide a 14 day warranty for faulty items which starts from the day the item is shipped out.
