Consigning: I am a professional dealer and would be happy to sell items on your behalf. Just email me and tell me what you have. Please bear in mind, that condition is everything. The best prices are obtained for original 1960's pressings in NEAR MINT/MINT condition. Due to the amount of work involved in putting together high quality listings, the value of the item must worth be at least 100 GBP in my opinion. My fee's range from 20% to 30% depending on the value of each item. This fee covers listing and photographing the item, as well my administration, postage & shipping services. All items must be sent to me in advance. When item has been sold and I have received the payment from the buyer, I will pay you.
Grading: This is the most important area of my work. I base my gradings on the UK 'Record Collector' system and I take time and great care to ensure that every item I sell is accurately graded. Every record is carfully inspected in strong daylight & directly under a powerful halogen desk lamp, to ensure that no detail is overlooked. Each record is then play-graded in its entirety on a EMT 950 tracnscription/broadcast turntable which enables me to give you a 100% accurate & detailed report on the sound quality. Every item I offer comes with a 100% money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied.
Packing & Shipping: This is an essential and often overlooked part of buying on Ebay, so I make sure to always pack strongly & well using strong, custom-made record mailing boxes (not those terrible flimsy envelopes), strengthened with multiple corrugated cardboard stiffeners and cushioned with bubble-wrap. This protects the record from even the most brutal postal service. I always separate the disc from the main cover and place them in a resealable plastic sleeve to ensure your record & cover reach you in the same condition it left me. Thanks to the efficient and well-run Austrian Post Office, delivery times all over the world are fast and safe. I have never had any items go missing or arrived damaged.
