| Hi- I am now a business seller. I sell mainly beauty items which are GWP or PWP or sample items, not really free to me because I sometimes have to buy items to get these GWP items- I also buy some GWP items to embellish . I also sell unwanted private items or gifts. I don't take returns of beauty products for health reasons unless faulty or damaged (unless damage is specified and item has been stated as damaged) or misdescribed in listing.I would refund p &p in this case. Where an item is a non beauty item it can be returned but there is now NO RETURN of p & p and there is a RESTOCKING Fee of 10-20% depending on the cost of the article. No GWP or PWP items or samples can be sold to Germany.Where an item was sent free of charge standard postage charges WILL be deducted if returned.The same will apply to goods which are undelivered and a further postage will be charged if an item has to be resent.Failure to read or understand my T&C 's fully is not my problem nor is it an excuse. |
