I believe in honesty and as a seller I describe my items exactly as they are. Where possible I will take my own pictures of the item for sale and will include it in with the desciption. ALL questions will be answered promptly (If it appears that you haven't had a response from me within 24 hrs, please check your spam box as my reply may well be in there). The item will be despatched as soon as posssible after I have received payment (if you paid by cheque then it will be despatched as soon as the funds have cleared in my account). I will leave positive feedback when I know the item has arrived safely and you are 100% happy with it. In the unlikely event you are not happy then please e-mail me first so we can try to resolve the problem. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to me.

BUYING As a buyer I EXPECT the item to be as described. I will e-mail any questions I may have about the item you have for sale before bidding. I would appreciate the e-mails to be answered promptly (within 24hrs would be nice). I pay promptly and always use PayPal. I will leave feedback as soon as I have received my item and I am 100% happy. After I have left you your feedback I would very much appreciate you leaving mine. If I am not satisfied with my purchase I will e-mail the seller and tell him or her what is troubling me and try to resolve the problem BEFORE leaving your feedback (the way it should be done). If the issue gets resolved I will then leave a positive feedback and we will both end up happy bunnies :-) I am not one of those people who shoots first and asks questions later.   COMMUNICATION This is the most important tool and the key to a successful transaction. Most negatives and neutrals that are left are due to a communication breakdown. Whether I am a buyer or a seller I believe in communication. After all if one doesn't communicate how do problems get resolved should they arise? I will do everything in my power to help, but I can't do this on my own! Both parties need to work together.
