I want every one I deal with to get a fair deal so I've come up with a code of conduct which I will follow.

Payment:

I accept any payment method so long as it is legal and abides with Ebays rules. Paypal is good (the charges aren't though), postal order are a favorite of mine because I can take them to the post office when I send my items off and I'm not too fond of cheques (they can bounce and take time for banks to process). If you do send me a cheque to pay for an item do not get upset if it takes a while for me to send your item - I am waiting for the cheque to clear.

Postage and packaging:

I try and send your item via the cheapest method available (mostly Royal mail second class) If you have a preference towards another way then I am very willing to do so (so long as you pay for it obviously). I don't charge for packaging because on the whole I use recycled packing. I will however if I am sending you a static sensitive item such as a PC component add 10p for small items and 30p for large items for an anti static bag because I have had to pay for these. I try and send the item as soon as I receive payment or as soon as possible afterwards.

Returns policy:

I will refund your item if you send it back to me complete at your own cost and at your own expense. I will not refund postage unless there is some fault on my part. If I have misled any one intentionally then I will give you an unconditional refund an perhaps some form of compensation.

I am currently an engineering student and sell things on eBay to supplement myself with a little extra cash.
