Hello. I am an experienced private eBayer who has been selling items of high quality both new & used on eBay for a quite a few years. My items range from sewing patterns to books to console games and childrens toys to childrens clothing. I dont specialise in any one item or trend but I do specialise in customer satisfaction with a promise that any item/s you purchase from me you will be happy with as eBay experience has taught me that if I detail everything in my listings my customers will know and be comfortable with what they are buying with NO hidden surprises. I personally check all of my items regardless of if they are Brand New or Used - before they are listed. All items are photographed in a well lit environment, in high resolution and in focus. I also attempt to ensure that all items are posted within 24 hours of cleared payment six days a week - excluding UK Bank Holidays. If your not happy with your purchase then neither am I therefore I treat other eBayers as I would expect to be treated. Please contact me and I will do my utmost to resolve the situation until a satisfactory solution has been reached.

Preferred Payment My preferred payment is PayPal. Buyers should pay promptly within 7 days of close of auction. Non paying bidders will be contacted via email. If payment is still not recieived an 'Unpaid item dispute' will be issued. Under certain circumstances for UK ONLY orders I will accept a blank, uncrossed postal order. Any postal orders not received matching this criteria will be returned. Please Email me prior to any purchases or bidding
Terms of Sale All bids and sales are final. Every effort to describe the item fully will be undertaken when the item is listed so as you know fully what you are purchasing. However if you are not happy with your goods when they arrive, please see refund policy for details or refunds & returns.
Postage & Packaging / Shipping
Every care will be taken when posting your item/s to reduce the risk of any damage whilst in transit to you via the postal service. However I cannot be held accountable for any items damaged whilst in the care of the postal service. Where ever possible I do try to use recycled packaging however I do still have overheads on stationary for postage labels, parcel tape, dispatch notes etc, and I have incorporated a very small percentage of this into my postage fees. I do not make money on my P&P fees the pricing purely covers my over heads and the postage of the item. For every item that is posted, I ensure that a certificate of posting is obtained - just in case. For reference the Royal Mail policy is that an item is not lost until 15 days after it's expected due date so if a parcel is slow in reaching you there is nothing I can do until the 15 days have passed.
Postage Discounts I offer a postage discount on multiple purchases where applicable. This generally is full price for the first highest price item then 50% off each subsequent item, however some of my items may incorporate "Free Postage" which obviously cannot be discounted.
Collection Service You may collect any of items purchased from me if you live local. Arrangements must be made in advance for collection.
Refund Policy A full refund will be available under the following conditions.
Brand New Items If a mistake has been made within the listing, please email me within three days of receipt detailing what is wrong & why you feel the listing was incorrect. If the item is "Brand New & Factory Sealed" the item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent. If the item has been opened or if any seals are broken or tampered with then the refund may be invalidated.
Used Items If a mistake has been made within the listing, please email me within three days of receipt detailing what is wrong & why you feel the listing was incorrect. Each returns case will be reviewed thoroughly before a decision is made. Please remember in all cases communication is the key, if you are not happy, please contact me and an arrangement can be made
