Just so you know who I am

 This is just to let you know there's a face behind the seller. I live in London, England. This is a very old photo! My son is six now. I am mostly selling the stuff that accumulates in any family home, things you think you ought to use (but don't) and things you think might come in handy some day. If it turns out I need one of them one day, why, I'll buy one on eBay. I pack parcels thoroughly, using recycled packing materials wherever possible (but not at the expense of secure packing!), and I normally ship the next working day after receiving cleared payment. If your package is particularly hard to pack it may take me an extra day to sort out. I'm proud of my positive feedback -- if there's anything you're unhappy about with a parcel, please get in touch with me first to see if we can sort things out before leaving feedback. I recommend the 'my messages' in 'my eBay' as the best way to do this -- emails via eBay are often trapped by spam filters so people can think they're communicating but the messages aren't getting through.
