Q. Good day Mrs Modern. How's Life?

A. Good day to you,  too, my dear. Life is good, thank you. I often like to remind myself of the old Chinese proverb ~ When you have only two pennies left in the world, buy a loaf of bread with one, and a lily with the other.

 

Q. Hmm, I like it. I must try to remember that one. I hear that eBay takes up a significant part of your time. Is that true?

A. Yes, dear. I can unashamedly confirm that it does. I have evolved from ebay addict to Trading Assistant status. My clients are just too busy to sell their gorgeous stuff themselves so I do it for them....(mainly for the love of it but I take a little commission just to keep the wolf from the door ;). I list items daily and come across some very special items now and then. You could do a lot worse than add me to your favourites.

 

Q. So, you've got a good reputation, I assume?

A. Oh yes, yes, yes. I don't want to blow my own trumpet but maybe you should have a look at my feedback when you've got a minute. You can be assured that I take my customer service very seriously.

 

 

I offer a returns policy

I am happy to accept returns if your item is found to be not as described in the listing.

I just ask that the item is returned within 7 days of receipt,  in the same condition it arrived in - clean and with tags if applicable.

 In this case a full refund including original P&P will be refunded.

My P&P isn’t exaggerated

It is purely that..postage and packing…mainly postage and a few pence for secure, protective & often recycled packaging. No charge for the wear and tear on the soles of my shoes as I trot to The Post Office with your parcel.

If there is a postal service in your place on this earth then let me know your location and I’ll do my best to send it to you as cheaply as possible.

When it comes to posting your items I’m quick, quick, quick. I’ll post on the next working day at the latest. Sometimes the same day if your payment is received before 2pm.

My listings are honest and my business genuine.

You can rest easy on that one. I like it here. eBay likes me, the tax man likes me,.….why ruin good friendships?
