we are
A small team specialising in the sale of consumables and computer media on the
internet, based in the United Kingdom. We've been trading on eBay since November
2004, and are United Kingdom VAT registered. We have an excellent feedback rating.
What
we sell
We sell a vast range of printer cartridges, toners, paper supplies, recordable
media and computer peripherals. ALL items are new and original products, fully
guaranteed. Anagi is listed on Kelkoo and many other shopping channels and we
supply private and business customers throughout the UK.
What
we believe in
You will find hundreds, if not thousands of listings for computer consumables
on eBay. Not all are genuine or guaranteed products. We only supply NEW product,
ordered from reputable wholesalers or direct from the manufacturer. We supply
some of the cheapest branded products in the UK and our 'unbranded' cartridges
and toners are stringently checked and tested before we sell them to the public.
We
believe in honesty - we sell at the price stated and not a penny more. There
are no hidden charges or levys.
We
also admit we're not infallible, we can make mistakes occasionally but we rectify
them, we sort things out and we aim to please.
All
we ask of you
There's only so much room we can make to work with the buyer. Please don't expect
the impossible. Read our auction description before you bid, and understand
the payment methods. Most importantly, if you order something from us on eBay
then please pay for it! Sadly with the volume of sales we do we get a number
of non-payers. To us absolutely all winning bids/buy-it-nows are final and we
will leave negative feedback for timewasters. If you have a genuine problem
with an order please contact us as soon as possible.

Paypal. Goods are usually shipped within 48 hours of cleared payment.
Postage
details
Postage/shipping details are clearly detailed on each auction listing.
All postage is sent in new packaging: boxes, jiffy bags etc.
