| I have been on eBay since about 1997 and am located in the UK. If I am bidding on one of your auctions, and you only ship inside the US, then don't worry, I have friends on the East and the West coast of the States who handle mail for me. I can pay by Paypal, or Money Order so this will cause you zero fuss as i can be regarded the same as every other US customer... thanks! Check out my ugly mug to the right, you want to know who you're dealing with?? there you go. I used to write for a magazine called the AAM (Antique Amusement Machines magazine) I did the 'VideoDrome' section covering early Video arcade games. Sadly the magazine has gone into hibernation for the forseeable future, i did crank out about 22 issues over 2 years... The picture to the right is of me inside a partially restored space invaders above, and below it is a picture of me all dressed up like a gangster at the Glastonbury music festival 2004, outside a friends marquee/tent, a BioDiesel powered arcade! ECO-ARCADIA attends festivals countrywide all year round and is available for hire etc... I worked on the 'Game On' exhibition that was held in the summer of '02 at the Barbican Art Gallery in Central London where I organised the loan of all the old video arcade machines, comprising some of my own, and the rest from good collector friends. I also worked to develop the exhibition throughout its opening period, and continue to provide consultation and content for the continuing world tour. The Show started in London and in the intervening years has shown in Scotland, Holland, France, Finland, Israel, USA (4 venues), London, Hong Kong, Australia (2 venues), Taiwan and is still going strong... I have been on TV and radio, and other media platforms numerous times promoting this show as well as previous and subsequent work on other things videogames related. I even got a Blue Peter Badge for being on the show! :) I have recently finished work on a permanent videogame exhibit for ACMI - a museum in Melbourne, Australia set to open in September 2009. I sourced and supplied the entire collection of videogames and computers for the display, as well as building exhibition-grade controllers for some systems, plus modifying original vintage games consoles to endure the rigours of a modern museum exhibit.
I also work around the world as technical lead for a well-known Animation Studio in California. I have installed and moved shows from New York, London, Scotland, Australia, Finland, Korea, Mexico, Taiwan and beyond.
