I now accept Bank Transfer as my preferred payment method so for those of you who are not sure (I wasn't before I looked into it), here is...
HOW BANK TRANSFER WORKS
In checkout at the end of auction you choose other method of payment, you inform me you want to do a bank transfer.
I send you my bank details i.e. Account Number, Sort Code and if abroad a Swift Code.
You have three options. You can use telephone banking, online banking or you can go directly into your branch.
You give your bank my details, or if online choose “make a payment”, and the amount you wish to pay along with when you want the payment to be made.
You email me to let me know you have made the payment and giving me your address.
I check my account, payment is usually cleared instantly.
I send out your item.
SIMPLE AS THAT!
I have no access to your details or which bank you used.
You don’t have to sign up to anything or give out any personal details to any unregulated source.
Everything is totally secure (including my account which is savings only so nothing can be taken out).
Oh, on a final note to other sellers… you don’t pay any fees! Buyer and Seller alike aren’t putting money into the hands of an unregulated, uncaring, freeze your account when they like, no protection for sellers, regularly sued, personal data leakage company who shall remain nameless. Please check online search engines for such cases, you will be surprised.
ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Please retain your original packaging until you have made sure your item has not been damaged in the post. It is needed should an insurance claim be required. Do not throw away the packaging until you are completely happy there is no transit damage. In the rare instance that a claim is needed, please contact me immediately so that we can work together effectively. Everything I send out is either insured (by Special Delivery), recorded or at the very least I keep proof of posting. I will make the necessary claim and reimburse you when Royal Mail have sent me a cheque.

How can you sell jewellery at such low prices?
It's simple I buy from the manufacturers and so am unable to supply a certificate showing the diamond quality, if you are unsure (even after reading the feedback of many satisfied customers) please do not buy. You can always go to a jewellers and pay their over inflated prices for a certified ring. The choice is yours.
Do you combine shipping on multiple purchases?
Yes, wherever possible. The reduction on the second or further items will generally depend on what items are being purchased. For example, 2 rings are small and light and it would be possible to include both in the same package. On the other hand 2 books are a lot heavier than 1 and would require larger or additional packaging.
Having problems contacting me?
Please note that if you are trying to contact us by email please be aware that we sometimes experience problems downloading our mail due to our service provider (TalkTalk, need I say more!!!). The best thing to do would be to send your message through ebay itself (Contact Seller, Contact Buyer etc.) as we are normally able to check our ebay messages at least a couple of times a day.
