HISTORY:
Arbico Computers is a UK registered company. We are genuine business and are fully registered for VAT purposes.
Arbico Computers was started in August 2003 with the slogan "...more personal than a PC".
Since our inception we have gone from strength to strength and enjoyed phenomenal success. To date we have sold over 12000 personal computers not just on eBay, but directly to the public.

SUCCESS STORY :
We would like to thank our customers for all their support and theirs words of praise and kindness.
Ebay's feedback mechanism is great. It sorts out the good from the bad, but it can be cruel at times.
You see not all customers who are satisfied get round to leaving us a positive comment, but you can be assured that all customers who have even the smallest gripe will leave a negative.
We are very proud of our feedback, most of which comes from people who have actually bought a PC from us. If you have ever owned a PC, then you know that a PC can run into all sorts problems. Plus there are all sorts of users out there, some who don't even turn on the power switch at the back and then claim the product is faulty and does not work. So we are thankful that we have only received a handful of negative feedbacks in contrast to the over 10400 positives we have received.

MARKET VISION:
The reasons for our success are also the reasons that make us so different from other PC retailers out there. These are:
Price - we consistently offer some of the lowest prices in the market, especially on ebay. How do we do this? We concentrate on a few quality products and buy large quantities of them.
Customer Service - we believe in providing quality customer service. We are always reasonable and keep an open mind. If there is a problem then we endeavor to solve it. At the end of it all, our promise to our customers is simple - we will not let you down.
Custom Built solutions - We address a genuine gap in the market! All the PC's we sell are custom built personally just for you! That is a great feeling, a machine put together just for you, built to your specifications.

WHY ARBICO ?
You see, there are two main ways you can buy PC's.
a) From high street computer shops, these will charge you an arm and a leg, but provide you with a personalised service and a custom built PC to match your spec.
b) From large brands (you know, the ones that keep advertising on the telly) - well these guys offer rubbish customer service and a standardised product to meet mass demand at a lower price than the high street PC shops.
We fit somewhere in the middle. We build PC's for the enthusiast. Not the boring old box that everybody else has got. We aim to and provide the same sort of personalised service and customisation offered to you buy high street retailers at the sort of prices you would expect toget from only the largest online PC shops. So its the best of both worlds really.
