I'm single and still a very young and stupid 51.
.
About the person I am looking for.............
When I was 14, I hoped that one day I would have a lovely, sweet girlfriend.
When I was 16 I got a girlfriend, but there was no passion, so I decided I needed a perfect girl with a zest for life and a love of motorbikes.
At 19 I found the perfect girl, but she went and died on me, 4 weeks before the wedding.
So I mourned and then, a few years later, went out in search of a passionate girl.
In college I dated a passionate girl, but she was too emotional. Everything was an emergency; ........ she was a drama queen, ........ cried all the time and threatened suicide. So I decided I needed a girl with stability.
When I was 25 I found a very stable girl but she was boring. She was totally predictable and never got excited about anything. No midnight rides out, no jaunts to the coast, no 'spur of the moment' stuff. Life became so dull that I decided that I needed a girl with some excitement.
When I was 28 I found an exciting girl, but I couldn't keep up with her. She rushed from one thing to another, never settling on anything. Never making her mind up about anything. One day she decided on one thing. The next day she decided on something the total opposite.
She did mad impetuously stupid things and made me miserable as often as happy. She was great fun initially and very energetic, but direction less. So I decided to find a girl with some real ambition.
When I turned 31, I found a smart ambitious girl with her feet planted firmly on the ground and lived with her.
She was so ambitious that she left me and took everything and anything that I owned. I was penny less. My whole life had been taken away from me,

I am now older and wiser, and am looking for a girl showing a nice bit of leg. ................................ Having two legs would be even better!
PLEASE READ - (and laugh) ..............
Due to problems, PITA bidders and other eBay/PayPal loopholes, I'm having to add this lot of blurb, to my listings .............
To make buyers who complain about P&P charges a bit happier, (even though these brave Keyboard Warriors agreed to the price BEFORE they bid) I have lowered my Post & Packing charges by about 20 pence per item, even though postage, packing AND handling costs have RISEN. This, of course, makes perfect sense........ EH? ....... My running costs go up, so I'm being forced to lower my P&P&H price.
To compensate, I've had to raise most of my selling prices by at least 40 pence per item. Ebay, (who also take a cut from my Post & Packing charges), now make a lot more money from me (in their 3 sets of fees) and from my customers. Because it now costs buyers MORE to purchase an item as I cannot give large postal discounts, like I used to, for multiple purchases. Remember - Ebay/Pay Pal still get a cut from my/your postage charges. eBay charge ME for posting an item to YOU. Did you know that?
I go to extraordinary lengths to pack my items properly, but still these highly intelligent buyers mark my DSR stars down. Why is this? Packing sometimes costs MORE than the actual postage stamp !!!! Ebay rules allow sellers to charge for Postage, Packing & HANDLING. Some of these "buyers" want the item for free AND packing for free ............................. I AM NOT A CHARITY !!!!
Hopefully buyers, that mark down DSR star ratings, will now be happy with paying extra for their items and FORCING myself & others to pay more as well. (If you cannot understand how that works, may I suggest you go back to school and learn about basic economics, or ask me & I will try to explain it in simple Engleeesh). Also, due to having SO MANY claims made about items being lost in post (Ever since the new eBay feedback rules have come into force, [June 2008], my postal loss rate has risen to about 20% from the original 0.06%) I am being forced to charge extra for Recorded Delivery on my items as I am losing virtually ALL my meagre income due to some of these (false?) claims.
After all - The Royal Mail does not lose 15 Million items a day. (20%). Now does it? The Royal Mail are refusing to compensate me on some items now !!!!!
It seems (by the messages that I get), that 99.9% of you guys agree .... Mind you .... I have had 3 letters of complaint about my T&C. I did have a look at the complainers feedback profiles and they were ALL habitual postage cost complainers. Seems that my observations might just be correct. These complainers had probably read through my 'blurb' and had recognised themselves, and did not like what they saw. Did I hurt their feelings? Awwwww, bless :-)
Next - I keep my adverts nice and simple so I usually don't over complicate them with fancy borders or pretty pretty, shiny, cute bits. I'm not trying to sell myself, fancy listing designs, 3 headed camels or posh web pages. Just honest to goodness items and products. If you see a bedroom carpet in the photograph ...... it's NOT included in the auction. Nor are my pens, £1 coin, my boots, my Postal Scales, my bed, my sheets, my cat, my left foot, my television, my window, my garden, my smut collection, my measuring board or anything else that gets into the photo, around the edges. (But you are more than welcome to the used tissues). People have tried it on before. It does not work. (Like the triker idiot from near Newcastle, that threatened me with court action until I pointed out that I wanted paying and he then told me that he could not as he did not actually have the money). You get an honest description and what you read about is what you get. Sometimes I have 3 or 4, of the same item, in the photograph. This usually means that I have more than one in stock. It does NOT mean that you will receive all 4 items. If I say that the auction is for a pair, then that means TWO! No more...... No less. (2, too, to, thoo, tloo, two ....... Comprendé?). I keep my wording/description, nice and simple. (Still - some people fail to understand!). Please read it carefully. I tend to use simple wording. Need more info? - Just ask.
No rip offs, no cons, no scams. My feedback speaks for itself. You get good, firm & safe packaging which is accounted for in the P&P price. Any questions/problems, just mail me. It pains me to say this but I'm not perfect , and a mistake might be made. If something is amiss, then CONTACT me! Don't just leave a neutral or a negative. I'll sort something out for you. Try not to blame me for YOUR mistakes. (Thanks for the neutral/negative feedbacks, for items damaged in post, by the way).
I go to a lot of effort to ensure that all listings are as accurate as possible, but I am only human. (I do try to UNDER describe my items as can be seen in my feedback). My eBay stalker/witch, reports any tiny listing mistake actual or false, so - if an item gets pulled, just message me to re list it for you. I can usually re list it straight away as eBay have pulled LOADS of my auctions, and then apologised afterwards for making a mistake.
Next - I really am at a loss here. I've had 2 people complain about the smell of 'smoke' on jeans. These jeans were Washed, then Ironed,
then Fabreezed, then I added a Dab of Aftershave (just before posting)
onto them so the fragrance would permute the package, and then used
a New Mailing Sack. (I think I might have also used bubble wrap &
cardboard to post them). All my items are stored in a Smoke free environment,
with 3 electric air fresheners, and 5 standard air fresheners
constantly running and in a sealed room with constant fresh air flow. I
really cannot understand how they could have smelt of smoke. I have
been informed that bubble wrap & mailing sacks can resemble the smell
of smoke to fanatical anti smokers. Any ideas?
Maybe these people ought to buy a washing machine themselves?
Selling on Ebay takes up a HUGE amount of time, and their Draconian sellers rules are beyond belief. The total fees they charge, can make a grown man cry. If you sell an item for £0.99, eBay & co. get around £0.61 of that. Figure into that, the cost of the items, purchasing them, running around trying to find a decent deal on packing supplies, .... well..... you get the picture. They tell you that EVERY item that you sell should be sent recorded delivery, which would add an extra 75p to EVERY item, but then they give you a section on the feedback page to complain about excessive postage costs (good one eBay bureaucrats, but, at least eBay don't get a cut of your postal charges..... only eBay owned PayPal does) ...... If the item sells, that's great, but if it doesn't, then listing fees still have to be paid. I only sell about 12% of my inventory, so each sale week is a financial gamble. If I list 1000 items, I have to earn about £250 a week, just to pay the listing fees, the final fees and the PayPal fees. (yes - 3 sets of fees to pay!) Sadly, the good days have long since gone. Honest sellers/customers, like myself, are becoming a rare breed on eBay.
A seller is not even allowed to leave honest feedback any more, otherwise the feedback gets deleted. Yes - eBay has banned honest sellers feedback. EVERY buyer is now a potential con artist/nightmare buyer and you are not allowed to warn others of this fact. As a seller, I now have NO WAY of being able to tell (or warn) if a bidder is a potential con merchant. eBay have now blocked this option. This is FORCING more and more sellers to list items as 'Buy It Now' and FORCING bidders to use PayPal as the ONLY payment option.
I always obtain a certificate of posting and I pack goods to the best of my ability, sometimes using recycled packaging. My postage cost is NOT just the price of a stamp. It's the cost of packaging, consumables and handling as well. If you don't agree with the TOTAL cost of the item INCLUDING P&P, then just don't bid. Read my lips....... DO NOT BID! Again - DO NOT BID! Please .... DO NOT BID. The postage AND packing cost is CLEARLY displayed. A LOT of Ebay supported Power Sellers will sell you a pair of sunglasses at 99p and charge you £12.99 postage. - I don't! - I add a VERY small amount for handling. - It costs ME money, so it's reflected in my cost. Ebay tell YOU that this is OK. (But then tell you that it is against the law to do so. They have told me so in an Email). YOU have agreed to it when you joined up. But still customers sit behind their screens and bravely mark down my/your DSR stars. Weird, or what?
Do you go to your local store, buy something, and have it delivered and then ask them for a refund on delivery costs, even though they charged you 50 quid, but the fuel cost was only 2 quid? No? ......... Didn't think so. I have seen other sellers with negatives on their feedback, just because they charged £0.50p more than the actual cost of the postage stamp. Sheeeesh. Get a life will ya? Packaging costs money. The post office make a profit for the service that they provide. Sellers on eBay are part of that service. Remember that! This is NOT a charity. Be happy that you have saved 95%. STOP being greedy and trying to squeeze decent sellers necks. Small sellers are/were the backbone of Ebay. DON'T ruin Ebay for them.
It's the BIG Power Sellers that milk the system. They are so big that it just does not bother them at all. Ebay won't touch them, even if you complain. I have proven that hundreds of times now. "eBay" and "honesty" never appear in the same sentence. I was a scam hunter for many many years. I gave up 3 to 4 hours of my time EVERY day. I had a reporting success rate of about 10%. - Not good. I reported thousands of scams, but only a few hundred were actually deleted. I watched thousands of fellow eBayers get 'caught out'. Losing tens of thousands of pounds. The only time I ever had any success was when I complained to the Sunday times. Did you know that eBay/PayPal have threatened newspapers with court action if anything bad is said about them? 'Tis true. This has been verified by MANY newspapers.
Alas, I have lost my Power Seller status (In July 2008). I refused to follow eBays new rules and register myself as a business. I'm a private seller. Why should I be FORCED to register myself as a business and then be subject to the up and coming income taxes? It happened in the USA. The UK is next. BE WARNED. The tax people will go back 7 years of your selling. THEN they will hit you with a bill. So my Power seller status was revoked.
eBay is slowly phasing out its heart & soul..... the small seller that is selling off their unwanted items. They are wanting just big business sellers.
They have said so themselves.
NEXT - Please, DON'T argue after the auction has ended. (Like some people have done), about the postage cost. I've not had one person yet, that has offered to compensate me when I've undercharged and made a loss on my postage. (Even though I have compensated other sellers myself). Did I complain?........... NO! - I knew the risk & so should everyone else. Trust me when I say that.... If eBay could find a way to get a bigger cut from postal charges, they certainly would and the P&P star on the feedback DSR system would vanish in a flash. Even though I've taken the time to write this .... these 'postage' muppets still complain. Arghhhhh !!!!! I think I might start selling new brains on eBay. I have a feeling that eBay are going to banish separate P&P charges and get you to include them in the starting price of the item that you're selling. :-(
If an item has to be returned, you are responsible for the return postage cost. (Unless the item is faulty or been grossly mis-described). Those are the rules. Be civil to me, as I am to others, then I might even refund the return postage. I'm not a business seller as all my items are things that I've purchased over the years or have been given by friends. I'm not selling anything for a profit. I just want to get some of my initial outlay back. Virtually everything is sold at a loss.
I always try give a discount for multiple purchases, (it used to be 75 - 90%) when asked to, when I can. I am not responsible for any damage to the package in transit to you, nor am I responsible for the P.O.'s failure to deliver your item, but I will help as best possible. Due to having a HUGE increase in claims (as mentioned earlier) I will not refund money straight away, but will supply you with a certificate of posting so you can make your own claim. I will make sure that you DO NOT lose your money. I always ensure that a return address is on the package so that it can be returned to me, in case of loss. (This has NEVER happened yet ). If you would like an item to be sent by recorded or next day post then please email me for details of extra cost. I have already been left negative feedbacks for items lost/damaged in post, even though I FULLY refunded these buyers. Is that fair? ...... NOPE!
I would not send any item that I wouldn't be happy to receive. If a 40 year old item sells for £0.49p, don't expect me to spend 2 hours, and 5 quid, cleaning the darned thing. Just do it yourself! (Thanks for the neutral feedback, by the way). If you win an Maisto, NSR 500 model for £4.99, don't expect me to send you a £750,000.00 prototype racing motorbike! (Another neutral). Please - If an item is lost, and I refund you after only 9 days, don't leave me a negative like the last person did.
Payment within 3 days of auction end please. If not paid for within 3 days, I reserve the right to return your late payment and relist the item. I may leave you a positive feedback in response to your late or non payment. Non-UK bidders, please contact me, prior to auction end, so I can advise on postage (if not on the listing).
I will post out all items after receiving cleared funds. If you pay by PayPal Echeque, expect a 14 day wait. I will NOT post out items that have not been paid for no matter what you threaten me with, as has happened. Feedback blackmail does not work. PayPal have caught me out too many times now. (They tell you that payment has 'cleared' then cancel the payment two days later. I have lost WAY too much money this way. Over £1000.00). I do not post out on Saturdays or Sundays (Especially when the Post Office is shut, so PLEASE..... no more Emails on a Monday morning asking where your item is that you purchased on a Saturday/Sunday afternoon). My usual posting days are Wednesdays & Fridays, but I usually post out within 18 hours. (I can't understand why my Dispatch Time DSR's are low - more muppets maybe?). Ebay advise that an item should be posted out within 10 days of purchase. It is advised that you should hold on to your items for at least 2 days before posting it, for security reasons. BUT - buyers want them the NEXT DAY. As a buyer, you agreed to this, when you joined. So why knock the DSR ratings because I post out the next day? Is it my fault that the post office can take 3 or 4 days to deliver????? NO IT IS NOT !!!!! So why blame me? Eh??? Why?
If you do not agree with any of this, then please do not bid. (I need a cup of coffee now...... or stiff drink, as I know that I've wasted my breath as these terms and conditions mean nothing because sellers HAVE to adhere to eBays rules, (which change from day to day) and buyers just flaunt them and eBay refuse to do anything about it. If you complain to eBay, they just tell you " we are only a venue, akin to a newspaper advert" so we cannot get involved. Yes, it's a buyers market. Sellers are snookered and have NO legal rights at all, according to eBay.
This is ALL fact and not speculation. I have ALL the Emails/headers to prove it.

A friend of mine had reached his 'Middle Age Crisis' and was feeling
that his facial skin was showing its age.
(He had tried a trimmer, as you can see, but all the trimmer had done was to pull the hair from his head and attached it to his face).
So he decided to try a proprietary Age Reversal Face Cream ............as used by MANY Hollywood actors and actresses.
Ahhhhh, yes .....
Age Reversal cream, with the Technology that delivers a combination of amino acids linked together to form a hexapeptide, along with natural wheat amino acids and anti-stress botanicals of ivy and myrrh.
Containing Ultralift pro X. He wanted 'Plumper' skin, as has been advertised, so much, on T.V. just recently.
So he went out and bought some.
The trouble was that he used too much ........
*sigh*
