What we do?
We sell audio equipment and their accessories with the emphasis on value for money and we try to give good customer service.

How long have we been around?
We opened our first distribution unit in East London in 2000 and therefore at the time of writing have been successfully trading for some 5 years.

How big are we?
Audio247 trades from 2 large purpose built warehouses located in and around London. Having 2 separate warehouses, has allowed us to locate one of them close to a number of couriers that service the UK distribution network.

What are our plans for the future?
Our business philosophy is simple: give consumers and businesses what they want, when they want it. We never stop improving our world-class operation by putting our customers – and their needs – first.

Why are some prices no better than the competition?
We endeavour to be as vigilant and reactive as possible, when it comes to monitoring the competition's prices. If you phone around/search online and the hardware does exist at any competitor's store/or on the website*, call or email us last and we'll cheerfully beat any lower price. All we ask is that the items you're interested in is brand new and in stock at any authorised dealer.

Why are some prices so different?
Some prices are liable to fluctuate due to our commitment to always offer our customers the best value for money.

Why are we so cheap?
Although we're one of the biggest retailers of audio equipment in the UK, we have warehouses stacked to the ceiling to keep our overheads down. What’s more, suppliers regularly hold stock for us in their own warehouses. All of this means that we can offer you, the customer, a BETTER DEAL. Further to this, WE BUY BIG, allowing us to negotiate extra discounts from many of our suppliers - to pass on to you!

You can collect your goods direct from our warehouse in Essex. Collections are available via appointment only and subject to a handling charge. Call us on 0870 350 1079 to arrange a convenient time and quote for handling charges.

The average cost generally starts at £16.95 for medium sized packages and could go up to £49.95 for extra large packages. But in most cases it would generally cost £16.95.

All the prices include UK VAT and we can provide a VAT receipt on request.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Delivery:

1.1 The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order.

1.2 Orders placed before 11:00am on a working day will be processed that day and will be delivered as per the requested delivery option provided no additional security checks are required and all stock items are available. (A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays.)

1.3 If delivery cannot be made to your address for reasons under the Supplier's control the Supplier will inform you as soon as possible.

1.4 Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, the Supplier will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, the Supplier will inform you as soon as possible.

1.5 All deliveries will be considered as received in good condition unless you specifically sign as 'damaged' or 'Unchecked'.

1.6 If any part of your order is missing we must be notified within 24 hours of receiving the goods for a valid claim to be made, any claims made after the 24 hour period will not be approved.

1.7 If the goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery, you should notify the Supplier within 24 hours of delivery via “ask seller a question” section or via phone.



Right of Cancellation:

2.1 You have the right to cancel the order at any time up to 7 days after you receive the goods however please note that there will be a 15% restocking fee, and you will be held responsible for costs of returning the goods back to us.

2.2 Except in the case of faulty or mis-described goods, if you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to the Supplier at your own cost. The goods must be returned to the address provided. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit.

2.3 You do not have the right to cancel the contract if the order is for computer software which has been unsealed by you, or for consumable goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned, except where a fault is discovered which could not have been discovered otherwise than by unsealing the goods.

 


Warranty:

3.1 All goods supplied by the Supplier are warranted free from defects for 12 months from the date of supply (unless otherwise stated). This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

3.2 This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the Supplier, failure to follow the Supplier’s instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the Supplier’s approval.

3.3 If the goods supplied to you develop a defect while under warranty or you have any other complaint about the goods, you should notify the Supplier in writing via the “ask seller a question” section, include your eBay details – Name, Telephone number, User id and item number a s soon as possible, but in any event within 7 days of the date you discovered or ought to have discovered the damage, defect or complaint.


 You statutory rights will not be effected.
