First of all, to explain our rather strange mix of products, it is because in "non-ebay" world, we run two separate operations:

Auto Unique is where it all began - we sell a range of car accessories chosen for their innovation and/or quality. We exclusively import many of our products into the UK (eg. Pressure Guard, Megapro, Life Hammer and Autocare products) and we welcome trade enquiries.

Signs Unique started as a bit of "fun on the side" a few Christmasses ago when we offered a small range of steel signs with a motoring theme to appeal to our core customers. 

This went so well that we set up a separate operation and our range has now expanded to nearly 4000 different steel signs, fridge magnets, thermometers and clocks covering just about every theme/topic imaginable! We estimate about two thirds of our range are exclusive to us in the UK

NB: Many sellers on ebay produce poor quality metal signs at home using images lifted from the net. These will be printed using cheap equipment and will lack such features as rolled edges or embossment, Similarly, many ebay sellers make cheap home made magnets by printing off images on paper and inserting in cheap acrylic cases, as sold in craft shops and toy shops. In many cases, they copy items we sell, ignoring all copyright and licensing requirements. Be assured that all our items are factory made to the highest quality and with all appropriate licences.

All items listed are in stock and we promise to despatch within 48 hours maximum though we usually do better than that (normally same day if ordered in morning, next day if ordered in afternoon or evening). If it's urgent, email or call us to make sure!

You are welcome to pick up items in person, or if you are nearby and want to see an item - but we are not set up for "browsing" - and call us before visiting - most of our stock is kept at a separate location and won't necessarily be here if you call on the "off chance"!

We are VAT registered and a VAT receipt is sent with every order.

Please look at our feedback for reassurance - in five years, we have only ever had a handful of poor comments - and most of those were unfair - like the customer in the USA who gave us a negative and commented that it didn't arrive in time for a Birthday present. On checking, we found he paid the day before he left the feedback!!!!  If you are unhappy in any way, please give us a chance to put things right before leaving feedback (though we're not sure what we could have done for this customer!)

If you are unhappy, we will resolve - we will, of course, refund or replace anything which arrives damaged or faulty - and if you simply don't want it, just return to us unused and a refund is no problem.
