TERMS
OF SALE
I
always describe my items to the best of my ability, leaving
nothing out, and I take many high quality
images for any prospective bidders to view, I only accept returned
goods if they are faulty or have been grossly misdescribed,
and are returned to me, after email confirmation, in the same
condition, and by the same postage method as sent.
The
items I sell are from my own personal collection and have not
been bought to be resold in order to make a profit or a living.
If
an item I have sold is lost or damaged in transit, I will make
a full refund of both purchase and postage costs. Please contact
me via 'Ask Seller a Question' or call me on 0709 220 7487
POSTAGE
& PACKING
I
will email my buyers at every step of the transaction, I believe that after you
have had the decency to bid on one of my items, you deserve to
know what is happening to your goods, and although I expect the
same level of contact if I am the buyer often I am sadly disappointed.
I
will never knowingly overcharge for postage, I carefully weigh
each item to be delivered and request a postage charge from Royal Mail,
or Seajays web site.
I do not add any charges for packing, quoted postage on listings is actual cost.
If
I have unknowingly overcharged on postage, I will refund the difference.
I
use recycled boxes where appropriate, but always wrap goods to be delived well and make daily trips to
the post office. (I hate waiting for my parcel and I don't see
why you should).
PAYMENT
OPTIONS
The
following payment methods are accepted in Pounds Sterling only;
PayPal,
Personal
Cheques, Postal Orders,
Bank Transfer or Cash
on collection.
UK
buyers not using PayPal can make use of cheaper postage methods,
please contact me for details.
UK
buyers paying with PayPal will have their parcels sent Recorded
or Special next day delivery only, all other destinations, parcels
will be sent International
Signed For.

FEEDBACK
As
a buyer, I leave feedback when I am in receipt of the item bought
(even if I have received no feedback from the seller).
As
a seller, I leave feedback when I know the item sold has arrived,
and the buyer is happy with their purchase, (The buyer can inform
me by email, or by feedback).

for any reason you have not enjoyed your experience with me, please

I can try to rectify any problems before leaving feedback.
