Payments

• Please pay for your purchase within 7 days of agreeing to buy
• We accept payment by Paypal, bank transfer, UK cheque and UK postal order in £GBP.
• Please make cheques/postal orders payable to 'Avoid The Q'
• Once payment has cleared, we usually ship your item by the next working day - you will be notified of despatch date automatically.

Delivery

• If your item is sent via courier, please ensure somebody is present to sign for the delivery, otherwise a re-delivery may have to be arranged at cost to you.
• Delivery to the UK usually takes 1-3 working days; European delivery usually takes 3-6 working days; Worldwide delivery usually takes 5-10 working days. Please note, that during busy periods such as Christmas delays can occur. If a parcel hasn't arrived after 28 days, we can arrange for an investigation of the mail services.

Returns Policy

• Faulty items may be returned within 14 days of receipt. If your item is faulty, please contact us through eBay and we will send you instructions on how to return the item for an exchange or refund.
• You also have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt, returning the item within 14 days, if the item is unopened and unused - please note, we cannot refund the postage paid on these instances, and also must charge a 15% restocking fee on the original price.
