RETURNS
We hope you will be happy with your purchase but in the event you are not, you may return part or all of your order to us for a refund for any reason, all that we ask is that you inform us of your intention to do so and the item should be returned within 7 days of receipt (14 days for International Buyers) and that the item is returned to us in the same condition it arrived with you.
They should be returned to us via the method they were posted to you (i.e. if sent Recorded Delivery, they should be returned by Recorded Delivery). You are strongly advised to obtain Proof of Posting (FREE) for non Recorded Delivery items. This will enable you to make a claim should the item go missing on its way back to us.
We will acknowledge receipt of the returned items and a refund will be issued.
