We have great fun finding and testing
the products we sell, traveling the length and breadth of Great Britain talking
to and building relationships with numerous suppliers. We only sell products
which meet our very high quality checks and everything you see offered for
sale is continually reviewed and updated to keep it fresh, exciting and value

How Can I Pay?
We accept Paypal, Postal Orders and
Cheques. Cheques and crossed Postal Orders take 7-10 days from their receipt
to clear through the banking system so please be prepared to wait, we will never
dispatch any goods until we know that the money is in our bank account. Cheques
and Postal Orders need to be made out to Mark Dutton and sent to our PO Box
address below.

Yes! We work hard to ensure your order
is dispatched quickly and professionally and always offer excellent customer
service every step of the way. Any order placed and paid for will be dispatched
as soon as possible. If on the rare occasion we run out of stock we will let
you know that there maybe a short delay or refund you immediately.
Our standard Royal Mail 1st class
UK delivery service takes 1-3 days from time of dispatch to delivery, although
this can be longer at peak times like Christmas - once an order is dispatched
we respectfully ask you to show a little patience, we really cannot speed
up the delivery process once the order has left our premises no matter how
many times you email us asking if it has been dispatched.
Sorry but we cannot allow any collections
from our premises.
Our Refund Policy
and the Distance Selling Regulations
Our eBay sales are protected by the
Distance Selling Regulations (DSR). If you are in any way not satisfied with
a purchase you can return it within 14 days of receipt, for a refund of the
purchase price. Please ensure that you contact us first so we can advise you
how to proceed. All refunds will be credited back to the original purchaser.
Any refunds issued WILL NOT include any postage & packaging costs incurred
by you in returning the items. The DSR are not available for business to business
transactions, auctions or personalised/intimate items.

returning any item and we will be happy to assist you further.
Contacting Us
We welcome all questions and will do
all we can to help and assist. We can only answer email queries as we do not
have a telephone system set up to deal with customers. This reduces our costs
and keeps our prices lower but we do guarantee that your emails will be replied
to within 1 working day.
All of our staff will always correspond
with you politely, we expect the same in return. We have a zero tolerance policy
on aggression, insult and threats towards our staff and you will be banned from
purchasing from us. We also always report these incidents to eBay.

Best Offer Policy
We are happy to receive Best Offers
from any potential customer however this process is automated so silly offers
will be rejected without consideration so please do not waste your time. We
absolutely do not accept best offers after you have purchased the item.
Feedback
If you have had a disappointing shopping
experience with us please let us know before leaving your feedback comments
so that we can try and resolve the situation. Occasionally we do make mistakes
or things get damaged or lost in the post so please give us a chance to help
and put things right.
Our Commitment
to Care
We pride ourselves on our excellent
customer relations. If on the rare occasion your order is not delivered by Royal
Mail firstly please check with your local sorting office, they may be holding
the parcel for you there. If however the parcel is not at the sorting office
and no delivery is made then we will ONLY refund or replace AFTER 15 days have
passed - please be aware that it is your responsibility to be available when
your order is delivered, if your order is returned to us uncollected from Royal
Mail you will incur additional shipping charges. Any lost or missing parcels
must be reported to us within 30 days of dispatch or we will be unable to assist
you.
