By placing and order or bid you confirm to have; read, understood and agreed to our full terms and conditions set out below: 

Placing an Order:

Payment should be made in full at the time of ordering if paying by credit card (via telephone) or PayPal (on-line). Payments by cheque, cash or PO must be received in full before despatch (unless other terms have been agreed). Cheques must clear before despatch. 

Delivery:

We require a full name, address and telephone number for all deliveries. This is so we can contact you in the event of any unforeseen circumstances. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the parcel on a weekday. You may be charged in the event of a re-delivery if were are unable to contact you (this is why we require a telephone number).

Deliveries outside UK mainland will be subject to an additional cost. We strongly advise you contact us for a quote before placing an order.

Delivery will be between 9 a.m. and 5-30 pm (weekdays only). Timed deliveries (subject to stock availability) may be available in some cases on request and for an additional cost. We will not deliver to PO Box or unconfirmed addresses.

Items will typically take up to 10 days between receipt of cleared funds and delivery of goods. Please be aware that heavier items and deliveries outside UK mainland may on occasion take slightly longer.

In the majority of cases, goods will be delivered by a recognised national carrier or Royal Mail recorded parcel post. The times quoted for delivery are quoted in good faith, but shall not be binding. Beauty and Therapy Supplies cannot accept responsibility for transport delays or other unforeseen circumstances which may cause late delivery.

Delivery discounts (additional items) are only applicable for deliveries to one address. Deliveries to numerous addresses will be charged at the full rate.

Claims:

You are advised to check all deliveries carefully before signing for them. If the parcel appears to be damaged you can refuse it, or sign for it as "damaged". If any goods are damaged, you must keep all packaging and telephone us immediately.

Any damaged or missing goods must be reported to Beauty and Therapy Supplies within 24 hours of receipt of goods. We regret that we are unable to accept any claims after this time.

Collection:

Collection may be possible on some accesory items strictly by appointment only and payment in advance (unless other terms have been agreed). We strongly advise you check if collection is possible before making a purchase.

Returned Goods:

Where goods have been ordered in error or not as expected, Beauty and Therapy Supplies may agree to their return subject to the following conditions (thus adhering to UK mail order law):

• A request must be made to Beauty and Therapy Supplies in writing within 7 days, following the day of receipt of goods. Requests made outside the allocated time frame will be subject to a 10% handling charge of the full purchase price, and original postage costs will not be refunded.
• Unwanted goods must be in perfect condition, unused and unwashed. Goods not returned in perfect condition will be discounted accordingly.
• Goods must be returned in the original packaging at your own expense. If original packaging is not kept, you will be charged accordingly for replacement packaging.
• An order number or invoice number must be quoted on all returns.
• For your own protection please obtain proof of posting, as Beauty and Therapy Supplies cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels. For larger items, we may be able to arrange for collection on your behalf.

Cancellation/Alterations:

Cancellations/alterations after despatch cannot be accepted and so fall under the terms laid out above for Returned Goods.

Cancellation prior to despatch will only be accepted on the following terms:

• A 10% handling charge of the full purchase price may be levied on all items.

Any alteration to an order prior to despatch must be notified to Beauty and Therapy Supplies as soon as possible and we reserve the right to impose a 5% handling charge (minimum ).

Damage/Injury:

Goods are supplied on the understanding that they will only be used for their intended purpose by qualified practioners. No responsibility will be accepted by Beauty and Therapy Supplies for damage or injury caused by mis-use of equipment. Please refer to Product Guarantee Wording (below) for further information.

Product Guarantee/Wording:

All portable treatment couches and furniture are covered by a 12 month manufacturer guarantee. All guarantees are valid throughout the EU. However, postage and packing will be payable outside UK mainland.

The product(s) named under the terms of the guarantee are guaranteed for 12 months from date of purchase against faulty materials or workmanship. Vinyl upholstery is not covered under this guarantee.

During this period it/they will be repaired or have parts replaced free of charge provided that:

• The Product(s) is/are returned to Beauty and Therapy Supplies with evidence of purchase date.
• The Product(s) has/have been purchased by the user and not used for hire purposes.
• The Product(s) has/have mot been lent to a third party.
• The Product(s) has/have been used for their intended purpose and not mis-used.
• The Product(s) has/have not been handled carelessly.
• Repairs have not been attempted other than by our service staff.

This Guarantee does not confer any rights other than those expressly set out above and does not cover any claims for consequential loss or damage. This guarantee is offered as an extra benefit and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Product Specification:

In keeping with the Beauty and Therapy Supplies policy of continually reviewing product specifications, we reserve the right to modify the design of any product without notification.
