We source companies where the money goes into the furniture and craftsmen rather than expensive advertising. This results in a comfortable bed or attractive piece of furniture that will stand the test of time whilst being excellent value for money. Time and time again we have customers who have spent money on a bed from companies thinking they were going to have a fabulous bed because they are buying from a well known name. Then they find the bed is awful after a short amount of time. This is because they are not well known from the quality of their products but from excellent advertising. We all fall for this at sometime in our lives, unfortunatley at great expense. We could choose to sell these products and they would probably sell well, however we simply refuse to. Our ethos is would we buy one, if the anwer is no we don't sell it. A large majority of our customers are through recommendations which we hope is a reflection of both our products and our customer service.

We offer a personal service, to us every customer is an individual and not just another name on an order form. We do everything from taking your order, picking your goods up and delivering them ourselves. From our many years of experience we have pinpointed many problems and found solutions to rectify these. It would be easier for us to let the companies bring our orders to our depot, however the lead time would be a lot longer and this way there is no chance of your goods being missed off and having to wait until their next delivery. We deliver ourselves for many reasons. We can achieve free delivery to most areas by working on a multi-route basis. We can if requested at time of order offer flexible delivery times such as early morning before work or evening. Your beds are carefully and securely placed onto our van. We are able to take your goods into the room of your choice nearly all delivery services refuse to this and drop them off at the gate or front door. They do this even if the customer lives alone or is elderly citing health and safety. Another thing to be careful of if you sign for your goods delivered by a logistics team and then find a problem you are not covered for damaged items.

We are always at the end of the phone be it pre sale for any advice you may need or after sales. If you order a divan bed or mattress we will assemble it for you. Unfortunately unless there is a defect we are unable to accept opened mattresses. We do give you the opportunity to try your mattress when we bring it. This hopefully gives you the added confidence that we describe our beds accurately and with the customer in mind rather than the usual sales spiel.
