About my Ebay Store

Find genuine, fresh and brand new cosmetics and skincare including Bobbi Brown, MAC, Urban Decay, Hard Candy and Origins.  I also make and sell personalised baby blankets, cushions, sleeping bags and aprons.

About me

I originally started selling my handmade quilts on ebay, but because they took hours to make I decided to start making personalised baby blankets instead!  As there's a limit to the amount of baby blankets my embroidery machine can embroider I started selling skincare and cosmetics!!  I really enjoy my ebay business and endeavour to provide professional and friendly customer service.

Postage Discounts

If purchasing more than one COSMETIC item take the highest P&P, get P&P on the second item for free and then add 50p for each additional item.  You can either amend the postage on the invoice yourself or ask me to send you a combined invoice.  I usually charge an additional £1 for each PERSONALISED item purchased.

Packaging

For protection I always wrap my cosmetic items in bubblewrap and use padded envelopes or boxes.  Personalised blankets and cushions are neatly wrapped with clear cellophane and ribbon.

Prompt Dispatch

I have postal collections on all weekdays but rarely post items on a Saturday.  Most cosmetic items are posted within 24 hours of payment received, except those purchased on a Friday or Saturday. 

Great Communication

I always respond to questions as soon as received.  I always send a Dispatch Notification email when your item is packaged and labelled so that you know when to expect your item.  If you receive this in the evening your parcel will be posted the following day, if you receive this before 2:30pm your parcel will be posted the same day.

 Returns and Refunds

I always obtain a Certificate of Posting so that I am able to refund items lost in the post.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase please email me straight away and return it to me within 7 days.  If the item is faulty, damaged or not as described I'll refund the total cost of the item including postage.  For all other reasons, once it is received in the same condition that it was sent I will refund the cost of the item less postage.   

Selling to the EU

I sell all my listings to all countries within the EU.  However, I do not sell unboxed cosmetics to Germany where new, original cosmetic products can only be sold in their original packaging.  If you live in any country in the EU other than Germany you pay the same postal fees as Ireland and France.  You also receive the same postage discounts for multiple purchases paid for on the same invoice.

Payment

I accept payment by Paypal, cheque or postal order from buyers within the UK.  Please note that eCheques can sometimes take up to a week or longer to clear, and I only post the item once it has cleared.  I only accept payment by Paypal from countries outside the UK.
