Missing or delayed items:
UK Buyers - Please note that we need to wait 7 working days before being able to replace or refund items lost in transit.
Europe and Rest Of The World - Please note that we need to wait 21 working days before being able to replace or refund items lost in transit.
Our returns procedure:
Returns Authorisation - Before you return an item you must first e-mail us to notify us. We will then reply with a returns address.
Replacement or Refund - We will ask you whether you want to replace the item (provided it is in stock) or give you a full refund.
We advise you to check any DVD or CD on a second machine before returning it as faulty. We will not refund postage for items found to be in good working order.
