I have been a Head Golf Professional in Florida and Massachusetts for over 11 years.  While performing this job, I have also been a seller on ebay for the last 9 years, recently becoming a Powerseller.  My expertise and interest involves buying large quantities of designer and golf apparel for resale in the golf shop that my wife and I own.  My wife has also been in the golf industry for the same period of time, and has been affiliated with three top 100 golf shops as a Merchandise Coordinator.  Together, we meet with clothing and equipment sales representatives to purchase inventory that is sold in our golf shop and on ebay.  We purchase all of the merchandise we resell directly from each manufacturer and do not deal in replica, counterfeit, fake, or knock-off products.  We also have no dealings with shady companies in the Far East, which is atypical when purchasing designer label products on ebay.  You can bid with confidence when interested in any of the items we have up for auction.  We have accounts established with the following designer labels:

While reading my 100% positive feedback, you will notice several customer service trends. 

First and foremost, I stand behind all of my items and describe them with 100% accuracy.  Since every item is 100% AUTHENTIC, there is no reason to worry about anything being FAKE.  This is certainly contradictory to many ebay sellers that are currently selling designer label apparel and even golf equipment purchased from non-authorized manufacturers.

Secondly, I am one for timely communication.  If a question is asked of me regarding one of my items or more pictures are required, I always respond within 12 hours.  My wife also provides that personal touch by including several measurements for every apparel piece.  This is a unique feature to our listings, especially since most ebay sellers simply give you a size chart with a wide range of measurements.

Thirdly, I do not believe in swindling the consumer by charging outrageous shipping and handling prices.  Not only are my shipping prices the cheapest on ebay for any item I offer, I also extend shipping discounts for multiple item purchases.  Also, every item will ship out the next business day following payment, NO EXCEPTIONS!!  We also ship apparel items worldwide.  Please feel free to contact us through ebay if any resident outside of the United States is interested in purchasing our products.

Lastly, my wife and I possess a reputation as people that are straightforward and honest.  We are a two person operation and take responsibility for photographing each item, writing the description, packaging the goods, and delivering them to the US Post Office or UPS.  All auction photos have been taken of the actual item located in our home and are not stock photos.  We do not employ other people, and certainly do not use drop-shipping companies.  Again, all of our auction items have been purchased directly from the manufacturers on the label.

We certainly hope to do business with everyone and encourage interested consumers to add us to your Favorite Sellers list.  This will enable you to receive email updates of the items that we continually list weekly on ebay.  We generally list between 50 and 100 items per week during the summer months, with increased activity upwards of 500 items per week during the winter months and holiday season.  This should give everyone the opportunity to find something of their liking and increase the chances of taking advantage of our combined shipping offer.  (Note:  All products come from a pet and smoke free home.)
