Street Hospital Children’s Charity (GOSHCC) this Christmas. With more than 1500 tonnes of
REAL snow at each of its 3 UK indoor slopes at Milton Keynes, Castleford and Braehead,
there’s plenty of the white stuff to give to the lucky winning bidder – with all the
proceeds going to help children who need the support of the Great Ormond Street Hospital
Children’s charity (GOSHCC). Each SNO!zone is open everyday (except Christmas day) from
9am – 11pm so there really is no reason not to hit the slopes to practice before heading for

BIDDING- Bids must be made via www.ebay.co.uk/charity by 2nd of December 2007. Bids
in any other manner will not be accepted.
- The auction listing allows the highest bidder
to purchase a ‘WHITE CHRISTMAS – COMPLETE WITH A VISIT FROM FATHER CHRISTMAS AND CHRISTMAS
CAROL SINGERS’ as outlined in this listing
ELIGIBILITY- Auction open only to residents of England and Wales. Proof of eligibility
must be provided on request.
- No responsibility can be accepted for bids which do not
comply with these Terms and Conditions nor for bids which are incomplete or not received by
eBay for any reason, including but not limited to any technological, hardware or software
failures or as a result of high traffic volumes on the internet.
- The auction is open from
22nd November until 2nd December 2007.
- The auction item consists of the delivery of 10
tonnes of real snow in refrigerated trucks, to any address in England and Wales with
reasonable access suitable for articulated vehicles – this auction may not be suitable for
flats, apartments and homes with no outside space – please contact us first if you want to

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION- The winning bidder will be notified via
eBay.
- Inability to contact a winning bidder within 12 hours of the end of the auction may
result in the auction being null and void.
- The names of the winners may be publicised
within the UK media along with photography. The final bidder must co-operate for publicity
purposes if required by the seller. Auction winner's names, street and the auction winner's
images and their comments relating to any prize - eBay retains the right to publicise the
winning bid and bidder.
THE PRIZE- The winner of the auction will receive a delivery and distribution of 10
tonnes of real snow, which is sufficient to cover a large area of external space and create
a festive environment where children can play as if snow has fallen. The snow will be
delivered and put in place by trained staff.
- There is no guarantee attached to how long
the snow will last and there is no provision for the snow to be removed.
- The delivery
will be made on the afternoon of Christmas Eve unless the weather conditions are such that
the snow cannot be delivered. I.e. if it rains or snows. Should the weather or any other
factors preclude the snow delivery, the winning bidder will be contacted to discuss an
alternative prize or will be refunded in full. The winner will need to be at home to
receive the prize and be available for publicity.
AUCTION INFORMATION- SNO!zone reserves the right to cancel the auction at any stage,
if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of its
control.
- SNO!zone reserve the right in their reasonable discretion to: disqualify any
claimant or bidder whose conduct is contrary to the spirit of these Terms and Conditions or
the intention of this Auction and to declare as void any bids based on such conduct; to add
to or waive these Terms and Conditions on reasonable notice; or to cancel the auction at any
stage or to substitute the auction package with one of equal value in the event of
circumstances beyond and/or SnoZone’s reasonable control.
- You agree that SNO!zone’s is
not liable to you for any loss suffered as a result of any such amendment to the Auction.
All changes to the Auction will be posted on the relevant section of the website. You are
therefore advised to check the Terms and Conditions regularly.
- The Organiser further
reserves the right in her reasonable discretion to (a) declare as void any entries or claims
resulting from any printing, production and/or online display errors; and/or (b) add to or
waive these Terms and Conditions on reasonable notice; and/or (c) cancel the auction or any
part of it at any stage in the event of circumstances beyond SNO!zone’s reasonable
control.
- The Competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in
accordance with English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of
England and Wales.
