Honesty is a two way thing...

If you are not happy with your item or the transaction for whatever reason communicate with us by phone or e-mail. Although we do our utmost to give the best service possible, sometimes things may not go to plan and sometimes this may be outside our control.

Feedback

Feedback is important to both buyers & sellers, if you are not happy with your purchase you must tell us straight away and give us the opportunity to rectify the situation before leaving adverse feedback.

Due to the high number of people not leaving feedback we will only leave feedback for you if feedback is left for us.

You can rest assured we will never be threatened with negative feedback.

Postage & packing

We keep records of all communications and proof of postage for every item. Any reported undelivered item will be referred to the post office.

Remember postage is not just the cost of a stamp it's for packaging and time taken to wrap and take to the post office - We try and charge a 'reasonable amount' for this.
