Born Survivor Supplies is a family run business that came about by our love of adventuring and outdoor pursuits. Our aim is to supply you with quality goods at a competitive price that will help you enjoy yourself and stay safe whilst out in the great outdoors. Everything we sell has been tried and tested by ourselves out in the field and if it isn’t up to the job then we wont sell it!

Delivery

We post out items Monday to Friday via First Class mail. As soon as you purchase an item and payment is received we start to process your order. In 95% of cases if your order is received before 2.00PM then it will be dispatched the same day. We always send notification of dispatch so you know when to expect your order.

Combined Postage

We are more then happy to combine postage on multiple purchases. Simply order what your require then request payment total and we will send you a revised invoice.

Returns Policy

All items sold are new and sealed and are checked before dispatch. In the unfortunate event that your item turns out to be faulty, you must inform Born Survivor Supplies immediately and return the item within 14 days of receipt. Once you have returned the item including all original packaging, and the item is found to be faulty, we will either refund you in full including your return postage costs (Royal Mail 2nd Class Packet) or dispatch you a replacement the choice is yours. If your purchase turns out to be not what you wanted you may return it. The item must be unused and in its original packaging, once inspected and found to be in the same condition as originally shipped, you will be given a refund minus a restocking fee
