The Human Behind The Scenes

The human behind the scene doing all the running about is Tracy and this is a picture of me in all my glory... Or not.

I believe that cumstomer service is the most important thing when selling anything. I know that my customers will come back if I show them that I am doing my best to make the transaction run as smooth as possible.

When things go wrong, as sometimes they do, I do everything in my power to resolve the problem, with a smile (not that you can see the smile over the phone, but you get the idea). I pride myself in working with my clients, not against them.

I have a little daughter and a very wacky husband, so when it comes to choosing items to sell, I can just think of them. Because of that I really enjoy what I do and I hope it shows.
